Extremely impressed with this Dyson Service Center. I have an entry-level machine that was not performing quite right and was prepared to likely drop it off and come back however many days later. Much to my surprise, Armando quickly diagnosed the problem, invited us to watch as he fixed it and taught us how to avoid the problem in the future then sent us on our way with a perfectly repaired vacuum! I felt like I was a most valued customer as if I had their highest end products! Since the repair center was about an hour from my home, Armando saved me a great deal of time/hassle and my vacuum was ready to go! Makes a great case for why to buy Dyson products in the future.

I can not express enough the gratitude for the help and assistance this group gave me. I had previously use their repair service and was impressed with their service. I needed their help again. I called and they called me by name. It meant they kept me on file and would be able understand the problem. I have not received any solicitation calls from them. As for this repair it was completed within less than 30 minutes. They conduct business a very professional way.

Horrible company. I bought a groupon and they NO SHOWED on my appointment. NO phone call and they will NOT answer the phone or call me back. They also marked my groupon as redeemed so I have to go through a resolution department to get a refund. Crooks!

If I could give this a zero ra...

If I could give this a zero rating I would. DO NOT hire this company! I had a pre-paid appointment scheduled in anticipation of // preparing the house for family coming in town for Thanksgiving in 3 days, and they no-showed!!!. I took time off from work and all I they could say was that "they remember scheduling my appointment" but, oh well, "they will have to reschedule." They would not be available until November 26th which is after the holiday. Did I mention this appointment was pre-paid and I took vacation time off from work to be here in their allotted time frame? Any company worth its weight would have jumped into action to try and salvage the obvious bind they put me in, but Stephanie, the office manager, was very nonchalant and extremely insincere in her halfhearted apology. It was insulting. Oh, sorry - she did mention they would "throw in some chemicals" for my troubles. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Don't waste your money. The guy did 3 large rooms in less than 20 minutes, chipped the wall and left water on the hardwood floor. He did not offer to remove stains- even for an additional price- and used only soap and water. He was barely civil. I could have done a better job myself.
