Awesome service. I will be using these guys again. Not only did they have a tech available to come onsite quicker then Best Buys Geek Squad, but they were cheaper too. My Home theater system was having a problem working no video or audio before the holidays. they came same day and had the problem fixed same day also. The tech also informed me about other features that i was not using and set those up too. now i'm able to stream music wirelessly from my phone while we entertain guests. These guys are nice, friendly, and professional.

I saw a FTS USA technician dump plastic trash into a storm drain in McKinney, Tx today. That is incredibly poor form. I confronted the tech and he ignored my complaint. Is this what FTS tells it's employees to do? Foul our local creeks and lakes?
The TV at my moms house was having problems picking up any channels and there was poor reception. Paul came in and explored all the possible problems quickly and professionally. Stupid virus from the internet totally trashed my laptop, after Bestbuy tried to fix the issue I went for a 2nd opinion. They cam to the house onsite and repaired the pc in under 2 hours. Took Bestbuy 4-5 days to get results. Will be using these guy again!!!
After calling Xerox (the woman in India recommended that I purchase a specific (expensive) part for my printer BEFORE even knowing what my issue was) and OfficeMax, who suggested I just buy a new printer (BEFORE knowing what my issue was), I called Expert Electronics. Paul and I had an indepth conversation as to the what the problem could be, whether it would be beneficial to repair or replace, and offered his expert opinion on the issue. We decided to repair the printer, and Paul himself arrived at my business within 2 hours of our conversation. The repair was extremely inexpensive (Xerox was going to charge me $250 per 30 min), and Paul had the printer issue resolved in minutes. His professionalism, willingness to help, and pleasant personality were a very refreshing touch to a potentially business-stopping situation. Will definately use their services again, and will refer them to others!
