Since opening our business, we’ve made our share of mistakes. However, leasing an office from Kennington Properties has proven to be our worst mistake to date. Lawyers had to get involved. As we look for a new office, I make sure my realtors know that ANY and ALL Kennington Properties are NOT an option for us.

Unfortunately, my experience with Guillory has been terrible. I hired them back in March to do a little landscaping. They arrived with the wrong size and number of plants, so the installation was delayed. Then the plants they installed died. I’ve been trying to get them to replace the plants for months, but they never respond to email. When I talk to them on the phone, they always say that the person I need to talk to is out but that they’ll call me back. They have never once returned a phone call. Save your money and time and choose a different company.

SBB Management has been great. Karen has been my property manager for Waterford on the Park for 5 or so years. She is always responsive and follows thru on all requests.

I went to this store to pick up a TV they said was in stock and they did NOT have it in stock NONE of the TV's that they had on display on the floor were in stock in the store. I originally bought a TV from here and 9 days later it stopped working, they did not want to help me with a trade or even a store credit because i didn't have a box. I had been to several stores and still no help.

I live in Abbeville,La. Stonebridge Apts. I Loved it when it was Lane Management. But we were informed That UAH BOUGHT THEM OUT. Then all kind of Different Ppl started moving in. & I BEEN HERE FOR 5 YRS. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THERE IS SO MANY MESSY NON responsible people that have moved in they let their children do any and everything so now that's its been here for a while I have to suffer I have a 14 and a 13 year old cannot even go outside and play by themselves automatically they've changed the rules now you have to be 18 to go outside yes I did get a ride up because my 13 year old was outside unattended standing on the sidewalk they took a picture of him Circle and put it in my door after hours I really thought it was cheesy but what are you to do I'm trying to find another place as well I just hate leaving these apartments they have everything you need but it takes MONTHS to get something fixed also the Pool was open a Whole amount of About 4 weeks Total. NOW IT'S COOL THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL & LOCKED UP JUST FOR LOOKS. I WISH I COULD MEET THE NEW MANAGMENT. I KNEW SEVAL OF LANE MANAGEMENT BY 1ST NAME BASICS.

We are preparing to fire this company from our HOA. Tia is ridiculous to deal with and very unprofessional. AVOID.
