This is a lovely, new, clean facility with courteous employees. However, the majority of items have no pricing information. And, my experience was that even the cost of a single 20 oz. soda is at least $0.50+ higher than at any other convenience store in the area. And, pricing was similar on every item with a marked price. It is unlikely I will return as there are other, more cost-effective options nearby.
Great place John and Juan really take care of you! Great selection of specialty beer and Juan is bilingual that's a plus! Owner is sometimes rude but other wise those two always seem to make it right just by talking to them. The grove sells liquor now but I still trade there every chance I get

Denied me gas because I had to much change. they won't take so much in change because its inconvenient for the cashiers.
I don't think a "one Star" rating is low enough for this shop. When my credit card company flagged my expenses at this place as possible fraudulent activity, I should have taken that as a sign. I was charged for "premium" auto parts\\work that broken down 6 months later....after-which the owner only wanted to warranty the labor. After taking my vehicle back and explaining the issue, I was charged for the same auto part (again) which broke down 2 months later. The owner of the shop then explained to me that the issue was greater than the auto-part and gave me an $1100.00 quote to fix the entire problem. I took my vehicle to anther shop for a second option, "Wild Cat Automotive" and the only issue they found was the faulty auto part that Backus Shell Service Station installed and charged me for, twice plus labor. I talked to the "manager" about the second opinion, I offered to bring my vehicle back in for inspection but he refused and was upset that I would question him and hung up on me. I would not recommend this place and seems like others have a similar issue with this place of business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB about this.
Don’t go to this tire shop. Very bad Customer Service. I visited this shop to replace a tire on 5-1-13. The manager and customer service representative demonstrated unprofessional misconduct by being disrespectful, instead of being courteous . I addressed the issue them. They did not apologized nor corrected themselves, nor did they to try to resolve the issue in anyway, to assure great customer service experience. They had acted as if they did not care. The manager and staff are are rude. Don’t go to this shop. We all deserve the best customer service
