UPDATE: After writing this review, I was contacted by the company, who issued a refund and an apology. They sent the right set of guys the second time around, and everything was done before lunch. I very much appreciate a company who can set things right, so promptly!Original review: I purchased some office furniture from Bush Furniture, who recommended that I hire these people to assemble the furniture, which I did. I specified it needed to happen in one afternoon and of course paid for that service. On the day in question (June 23, 2017), they sent ONE man, who was obviously unable to lift or assemble the very heavy equipment. Today, Monday June 26, my office has been shut down for an additional day, while 2 men try to assemble the furniture. It's absolutely disgraceful. I can't afford to have my office shut down for in essence, FOUR days (Friday, then I couldn't work over the weekend, and now all day Monday!!!). Next time I need furniture assembled, I will hire ANYONE but this outfit. They haven't been accommodating or understanding in the least.

In July I purchased a pair of shoes to wear to a speaking engagement in California. I wore the shoes once and the second time, as I got dressed to attend a very special luncheon, the right shoe came apart! Upon returning I took the shoes back and the owner, reluctantly, allowed me to exchange stating that he would "do it this time" as if it were my fault for him selling shoddy products. On yesterday I returned to get a layaway out. I saw another suit that I liked and asked since they were the same price if I could exchange. The clerk said they usually don't. I said I understand the policy. She agreed to call the owner who said "I know her and she's tried to do this before. She knows our policy." Since I am ABLE to read I do know their policy. I guess I overstepped my bounds in that area of Dallas by simply inquiring. I am upset because it seems as if my integrity was questioned. I have NEVER attempted to exchange a layaway. Again, maybe customers in the area are not permitted to ask questions or favors. I will not return to this store and just as I have taken my out of town guests to that store who have made significant purchases, I will now inform them that if they wish to risk having their integrity questioned they can purchase products there.
Owners are Despicable, prey on women who have children & are occupied to add random amounts. Mine was 6.00! Probably wont find out why he charged me 6.00 ! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. Steal from Customers.... SAD
I am a 45 year old professional wardrobe stylist that has been a thrift shopper since I was a teenager. Believe me when I say this is one of the best thrift shops in the city. Pricing and selection has always been stellar and the staff is always helpful. Every thrift store has its strength and this store is great for mostly clothes and dishware. It's definitely worth the trip.

Horrible customer service NEVER answer phones from electronics to bakery!!!!! Starts with management on down horrible Wal-Mart to shop!!!! Not well groomed and clothing TOO tight OR super wrinkled even on management: Corporate should really visit THIS store @15220 Montfort Drive and DO major changes to BETTER serve our customers and community who are spending our HARD earned money DAILY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best Customer Service I have ever experienced at a walmart! Very nice everything is easy to find there are no long lines! Just the perfect Walmart! Every Walmart should be more like this one!
This store is 80% clothing, not much to choose from otherwise. Lots of items unpriced, unlabled or illegibly marked.
