Put it on your calendar for EVERY week. This little auction house is my favorite auction. It has some great deals and the Mom/Pop operation makes it a family friendly environment. I have found great new items for gifts and fantastically low bids have gotten me some really good used items that…
These guys are terrible and unorganized. This is the worst management company I've ever worked for. I would never recommend this company.

I attended an estate sale by Janelle Stone Estate Sales and could not have had a more horrible experience. While some of the staff are professional and sweet, the interaction I had with Janelle Stone herself and another staff member was beyond poor. There seemed to have been a misunderstanding with an item that I was interested in and the sales woman stated "you can change your mind while browsing around." I found some concealed damage on the item and chose not to include it with my purchases. When I explained the situation, a cashier overheard and made an outburst without understanding the full story. After accusing my mother and I publicly, I chose not to respond to her vulgarity and continued with my purchases. Soon after, she brought Janelle Stone over to get my side of the story. I could not fully explain because I tried to keep myself collected after the cashier's outburst. Unfortunately, instead of helping diffuse the situation, Janelle herself took part in the accusations and continued publicly accosting us. I truly hope that the staff members not only get up to date on their policies but work on how they treat people as well. No person should have to endure this kind of behavior especially in highland park. I had about $3,550 worth of furniture that I planned on purchasing the next day since I just moved a few streets away; however, after today my money will be much better spent at a professional company with undamaged items.
I did not, like their contract they wanted me to sign, it did not have a page number to end with. Companies can slip other documents you may not be aware of. Second, their Rate Sheet is a visual tool only and is subjected to change without notice raises a RED FLAG for me.
A great place to work... great work life balance. It' s place to succeed if one is starting as an IT auditor
Would NOT Recommend. Took money for remodel, did not finish and kept the money. Unprofessional and would NOT recommend this person Steven McFarland for anything
Garage Door Services is a DO NOT USE company. I had an issue with an overcharge and have left multiple messages on the customer service line and have yet to get a call back. The one time I did reach a live body (said her name was Ashley), I was promised an immediate refund of the error to my card - 2 days later and still no credit. Guess they don't care for repeat customers based on this.... My rating for them is a -10 on a 1-5 scale.
WARNING: DO NOT USE ACTION RELOCATION SERVICES. This moving "company" is a scam and damaged a $750 piece of furniture and has not repaired/replaced/or paid back any money for the damaged furniture. Per their website, "If any of your items is damage during our moving process, we will repair it. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. All customers are insured under the guidelines of the Texas Department of Transportation."This company is a SCAM DO NOT USE.
If you need to get in touch with someone who can talk numbers about selling or buying equipment, don't bother. The person that answers the phone has a child which causes a lot of noise either on her or near her. Plus she has no clue who is there, what the situation is, what they are doing. This is not the way to conduct business and expect to stay in business. Stay away from this one unless you enjoy leaving multiple messages that go ignored with a person who barely speaks English while holding a child in her arms which makes it impossible to hear her anyway.
