If you like their employees following you around and can't walk around with the items because the owner don't want the jewelry to break before you buy it! Then this will be the store for you.I will not shop at this store again.
These people are incredibly, brazenly rude. I called them to explain a glitch on their website and because they don't speak good English, they hung up on me several times. So I wrote them an email explaining the glitch with screen shots.I called back much later, hoping to get an English speaking person to confirm they had received my email and they yelled at me saying " I don't need it, ok!" and again " I don't need it, ok!" and hung up. I have just read the reviews where these people apparently don't ship you what you order and substitute unwanted items...it appears that this business can absolutely not be trusted! Take your business anywhere but here.
I never write reviews, however - if ever there was a worthy business, this is it! This isn't your average corner store, inside is like a mini swap meet. I was in a pinch and actually found a Universal Tv Remote ($5) and just last night, an antenna ($3) - along the back walls you'll be pleasantly surprised to find diaper rash cream, gift wrapping supplies, cooking utensils, hdmi cables, extension cords - basically anything you can imagine. THUMBS UP!
I've used Casa View Plumbing for over 20 yrs for my rental houses. I've seen them grow into a very large company, which unfortunately, has taken them away from being trustworthy and interested in customer satisfaction into the typical high volume, over charging and could care less company they have become.Last week I called them out to roto route a sewer. They now charge $150 for that. about $70 more than a typical roto router company charges, but I thought since I had a long history with them, they had my back. Less than a week later, commodes backed up again. I called them and was told because "tree roots" was written on the paperwork, there was no warranty on the work, and was quickly dismissed by service girl on the phone with a no one was available to come out for a day or two to do anything anyway. I remember the plumber explaining all the charges I had to pay before he did anything, never heard him say anything about warranty caveats! I watched the guys root the pipe and saw everything they cleaned out...there was a root the size of a Oak leaf in a sea of paper products from the tenant. Maybe they want you believe tree roots grow enough in 4 days to clog a 4" sewer pipe???My advice?...Stay away from the BIG company plumbers. If they have big expensive ads, and a fleet of nice, new trucks...they are cleaning out customers wallets instead of their pipes!
They came out and made the repair on the unit and at a reasonable price and has been working perfectly ever since.
Awesome company. I will never use another company for my AC and Heating needs. I had a unit installed about a year ago. The salesman, installers, and service men were courteous and knowledgeable. They kept everything clean during installation. I am planning to have my second unit replaced by them this year.
Well capital themselves aren't bad they have good prices and good salesmen but the guy that did the installing on the appliances was horrible he was rude didn't answer my questions and was really kind of creepy I asked him his name and he would only tell me his name was John...I asked his partner his name and his full name is John Herndon...so as long as you don't have him installing your appliances capital isn't bad.
