We purchased a home 2 years ago and our developer used this company. We went to refinance our home only to find out their survey had to be redone. They missed 5 easements, one being the power line easement that has been there for over 25 years. How do miss the power lines running through the front yard?????? They also put a statement on their surveys stating its no good for future transactions.Our title company said they have issues all the time with this co. We called Davis and McDill and they redid the survey CORRECTLY for less money than these bozo's
Unprofessional. I called about having sieve and unconfined compression test done. After discussing what test we needed I was told to bring in the samples for the sieve testing, the first step in our process. I brought in 2 samples for sieve testing on Wednesday and Gary stated that they would be done by Friday. He had my phone number and e-mail address. I called Gary on the following Monday and left a message on the machine. After 3 more days of no response I called again and left another message the following Thursday. After not hearing anything from him for another week I called again and got a secretary, she said she would look into it and get back with me immediately. It is now over a month later and I have not received a call or an e-mail. Why tell me to drive across town drop off samples, give a completion date for the test... and then not answer the phone or return calls. This held our project up. If you don't want the work...just say so. Ignoring customers is unprofessional.
