I went to this store to pick up a TV they said was in stock and they did NOT have it in stock NONE of the TV's that they had on display on the floor were in stock in the store. I originally bought a TV from here and 9 days later it stopped working, they did not want to help me with a trade or even a store credit because i didn't have a box. I had been to several stores and still no help.
They fixed my Iphone screen in less than 30 minutes while I waited , the waiting area is great , got TV's , free internet and even XBOX 360, wow!

I've been there several times and it is always the same so I finally decided to leave a review and decided after today's visit I'll never return to any fys location. Customer service (or lack thereof) is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. I've had employees turn and walk the other direction to avoid helping me/other customers. 2 customers were telling a cashier as I was walking out!! And if you're fortunate enough to actually find someone to ask a question they're usually rude/sarcastic/cynical/condescending/completely unprofessional...there are far to many options these days and I will be utilizing any and all of them for my business and home needs before I ever step foot in another Frys again!! And anyone that reads this and thinks it's untrue please go to any of their locations and see for yourself.
It seems like it's easier to buy than getting the service here. I waited for over an hour to get my iphone replaced but most of the staffs were helping ppl who wants to purchase the items. I understand that's how business works but please take care of all your customers includding the ones that needs a replacement!
Today was easy to understand why many are switching to Samsung. I was always loyal customer of Apple products like: computers, iPads, phones , watch etc ... for my whole family, but I see that the quality of their equipment and customer service has declined. I had an unusual situation, after visiting the apple store at north park mall, waiting for almost 1 hour and half and been informed by the kid technician that after following the instructions to update my phone 6 plus literally stopped working your touch screen function, even called one manager to try to convince me which coincidentally at the same time that my phone was doing the update there was a crash hardware, where I had to pay $ 300 to fix it. Sad to see a iPhone 6plus at perfect looks and condition just one year and few months paid off... no help no mercy pay $900 and take a fragile device inside your pocket They will send so many updates and crash your poor iphone . Feeling so frustrated with Apple !
Most incompetent group that I have ever encountered. Can't do, don't care and not phased about completely missing the mark .... Why DirecTV hired them for service had to be for very low dollars. They don't even want to be associated with the company.
Awesome store, located smack dab in the middle of the mall. Friendly staff and everything else you've come to love from any Apple Store.
This shop came to fix my big Hitachi TV, my picture was blurry and had lines in it. The guy took the front and back off and before I knew it the picture looked better than when I bought it!So I had him look at my new Westinghouse flat screen and he had that smart tv doing things I didn't know it would do.Then he said if I refer people to him he'll send me ten dollarsI like this shop they were so nice and reasonableJohn W
Had a bad experience from beginning to end. Waited in a long line to get help with my iPad. Waited even longer for my iPad to be reset and restored. I left after being assured that when the restore finished my problem would be resolved. Problem was not fixed. Also, waited a considerable amount of time to purchase a new iPod. Discovered today that Walmart is selling same iPod for $20 less. When I called the store, I was told that they could not credit me for the difference if I did not come in the store, but they "probably could price match" if I came in. I will go in to return the iPod and purchase it from another more customer focused retailer. Pretty sad when Walmart offers a better customer experience than the Apple Store.
Someone came to look at 2 TV's for me and he was very nice and honest. He said my 2 year old Sharp TV had a bad panel and he contacted Sharp on my behalf and I was able to get a new 70" TV for only $300 from Sharp thanks to Robert's help.The 2nd TV he fixed at a very reasonable cost
Robert came to fix my DLP TV with white spots and now it looks better than ever you need TV repair or anything call this place first
