Trying to do a return and have called this number 3 days in a room. First day gentleman told me to call back in 2 hours. Called back and no one answered. That has been the case for the last 3 days. Left messages and no return call.

I will never shop at this store again. The female salesperson was snooty and rude. Evidentally, she didn't think I was good enough to frequent her store. I left there and went to Macy's where I received wonderful customer service and bought some shoes.

1st time customer for shoe repair. Said hello twice to employee who ignored me to continue texting on her phone! When she finished she was not at all interested with helping me shoe repair. Not friendly and helpful at all!!! Will never go back or refer friends to this shop. Shocked by poor service and ‘I don’t care attitude’
Outstanding service!I was referred by a friend and the LV store to get my vintage bag fixed. They fixed my bag in a short amount of time. I will forever do business with Deno’s.
Nice guy, didn't have what I needed, but was more than helpful sending me to a place that could. Took time to eplain how to go about my repair, even though he knew it wasn't something he could do himself. Recommend him as he has been in business over 40 years.
Great hand crafted boots and leather goods. Shoe and boot repairs. Felipe is a third generation craftsman and it shows in the high quality of his work. Super nice. Worth every penny if you want top notch work.
This place promised us to have some shoes ready for a trip. Went by on the agreed date and were closed. Was this due to the immigrant protest day? In any case never again. Politics more important than customers.
They have various lines of shoes to choose from. The best are their sandals which is good for everyday use.
Always had a good experience with this business. Quality work and professional staff. Using my Groupons really helps with the cost. I recommend using Cobblestone Shoe Repair.
Don't rely on the date "to pick-up" that they quote you on your reciept. My shoes were finally ready three days later than what they had promisd me. Manager was very nice but ineffective...it was always someone elses fault. I have no complaint regarding the workmanship performed on my shoes. I was just disappointed that I couldn"t wear my favorite shoes as planned. In the future I'am going to take my business somewhere else.....a business that under-promises but over-delivers.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Doesn't deserve any stars. I do not recommend them for any dye job. I had a new jimmy choo bangle bag treated so that it would resist stains. It didn't help and when I brought it in for cleaning, they said it wouldn't clean well so they recommended dying it. They dyed it and the color was awful (pinky beige). I paid for that dye job and asked them to dye it brown. When I picked it up it was very splotchy and they said it couldn't be avoided. I had to pay again and still was not satisfied. I only used this purse a few times and it was now relegated to storage as I wouldn't use it as it was. I finally found a source, Tulsa Leather, who was able to dye it a solid brown. When I went back to Deno's to voice my dissatisfaction, they were arrogant and rude. I've been a customer of theirs for 10 years and will never be back!
