I was treated like a criminal. They refused to believe that the address on my drivers licence was my real address. Wanted a lease to prove it is my address. Refused to believe I have a Social Security check and said I must prove it. I was left sitting in a small room for long periods while the very smug and rude bank employee went to talk with her boss. He never appeared to explain what was going on, I don't think Frost bank could be successful if all its branches comported themselves as this branch did. I believe this smug, rude bank employee was enjoying age discrimination toward me. I drive past this bank frequently and there are never many cars in the bank parking lot, now I know why.
I must agree with Boo. The tellers are rude. Act as though their put out. No customer service skills.
This is the worse bank ever the manager treated me so horrible I will never bank here again. My card was stolen and they held me responsible the dispute was not handled properly

Someone has really messed with this listing.There is no "The Equity Group". This listing should be for Stephens Little Inc.,, a recruiting and placement firm in business in Dallas since 1985.Wish yellowpages.com would police themselves and be responsive to noticese that items like this need to be fixed.
