The staff is great the billing department is horrible been going there since January today July 30, 2018 got up at 6 AM so that I could be there at 8 AM was told I have an outstanding balance of 2095 from February. I met that deductible back in January when I was in the hospital I pay $50 the co-pay every time I go for their fusion now they say until that balance is paid they can go no longer give treatment my insurance company UHC pays them $21,000 every eight weeks the first month I went three times took a day off work and drove 1-1/2 to get there wasted my whole day their billing department and accounting people need to be terminated because they’ve just lost a great customer that has great insurance that has been paying them $21,000 x 7 for the last seven months. I’ve been taking these Rimicaid treatments since January for ulcerated colitis I was in the Hospital for 10 days almost died was off work for 3 months. I’ve paid my 5000 deductible for the year so there shouldn’t be any balance due. This kind of service is unexceptable and should never happen. I pay my insurance every week 200 a week comes out of my check I’ve met my deductible already why should I be harassed about paying an additional 2095 these crooks should be investigated and put out of business. I would not recommend anybody going there unless you have Medicaid and on welfare. Cause if your a working man trying to make a descent living these people will suck the life out of you. I’ve never been so embarrassed and humiliated and mad at the same time. I guess if I was on food stamps and welfare this wouldn’t happen but since I choose to work for a living these people that handle Innovative Infusions (Paragon Dallas Infusion Center)accounting must get a bonus from them by trying screw the American Hard working people. I won’t be back and if your were referred by your doctor to go there don’t.

Besides that recurring issues, they basically do nothing to perpetuate good safety practices for their clients. They are a shell that makes lofty claims and delivers nothing for the money they are paid. Clients - You are better off just working with quality contractors that have all the safety and insurance qualifications already than paying for their service. Contractors - You would be better off working for clients that don't require you to use ISNetworld as the cost of joining and maintaining the account with ISNetworld is going to cost you more than you will make with the business. Besides, every client that we do business with that requires ISNetworld approved vendors can't find any contractors anyways so they just get variances through their company to utilize vendors who are not approved through ISNetworld. The company and its programs are a complete and total scam.
Just recently we uploaded our new insurance documents for our renewed policy to ISNetworld so that we could remain in compliance with the program. Typically, our policy is bound the day that our old one expires and we submit our insurance documents that same day. Without question, even though we have been insured with the same company for 14 years and uploaded everything to their system the day it renewed, they dropped our grades with all of our clients from an A to an F and notified them all today, even though the documents were already uploaded into their system for review and nothing has changed. I get to spend my day calming clients down about a nothing issue, wasting my time and hurting my relationships with my customers. Every year I have had the same conversation with ISNetworld and they just do it every year.
ISNetworld is a completed scam. We were informed by one of our clients 6 years ago that they had signed up with ISNetworld and that we had to join the program to continue doing business with them. From that point on, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. In short, their company is a total scam. They charge the client and they charge the contractors to participate and do absolutely nothing for what you are paying them for. They have no interest in matching qualified contractors with interested clients. They do nothing to ensure any measure of safety protocol is being followed. And they really do not understand anything about business.
This is the best computer repair business you can get for your money. I've called around and been to other places, but the gentleman who runs this business is very pleasant to deal with and I trust him with my computer. At other places, I've been quoted at double the price he charges for computer repairs. Service is affordable, prompt, and reliable.

Lot's of issues with Copper Mobile, Arvind and Jeff. Their project management lacked any organization at all; we had to take our own notes at every meeting to keep them on track. At one point our "project manager" was suddenly relocated to another project and we weren't notified - actually, nobody on the team was notified. They had no idea where he had gone! In the end, our app DOESN'T WORK AT ALL because they payment processor that they supposedly researched and chose for our app is incompatible with the type of transactions we needed to process, and they have stopped processing any payments. This, along with many other things brings me to rate Copper with 1 star.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Service is spotty to non-existent. Customer service is RUDE and non-helpful. They only care about collecting your payment.
I agree 100% with Brit and beowulf87.I would not send my worst enemy or the devil to test here. The center was chaotic, disorganized, filthy, unprofessional, paper-thin walls. I constantly heard doors slamming loudly during my 2 1/2 hours of testing. I also heard a class being taught in the next room. The proctor sat me right next to another student who was testing. We could easily see each others monitors. This center is a disgrace to all the other centers I have taken testing in. I had to give them a one star rating to post. This business should get a -5 STAR rating for not caring about the students.
