I booked a show with this venue. NEVER BOOK A SHOW WITH THIS VENUE. The door guy didn't do his job and I was shorted money. I asked the GM to give me $20 in lieu of the mess up and he said no. Also -- the sound sucks, the bar staff sucks, they only have 2 DIs, no drink tickets, the booking people are rude, and just pass on the whole place. HARD PASS
8. The Mercury
The Mercury did an amazing job with both food and service when my husband and I went. When I have family or friends in town that is where I take them. It's semi-expensive but not OVER the top and they have a GREAT wine selection. I recommend this place! Their catering is amazing. Hands down the …
If you're a standing model this will be the scene for you. Everyone is waiting to be approached. Most people are friendly but scared of rejection and normally will not socialize with individuals not in their click.
I had my husbands Birthday Party @ Charlies Bar & Grill. We had such a good time. A live band was provided, and they even was able to do the catering for the party (hot food). They even ran specials for my party. I will definately refer them to anyone wanting to have a party.

Emerald City Grill was O.K. It was out of my element for sure. I didn't like the fact I had to park BEHIND the club. It was very dark & dangerous. Then they had some crackhead that was the so-called ""car watcher"" with the flashlight watching out for the cars.. He did look out for my truck whi…
21. The Owners Box

Love Fridays specials at the donkey ! Go see Aubrey she's great !
Ordered delivery to a motel 6 nearby. With 4 items priced at 7.99,7.99,11.99, and 3.99 our total came to 43 dollars. It was pretty incomprehensible. Upon inquiring she explained that I must have an old menu with old prices. She said each menu item was raised by a dollar which still didn't account for the 11 dollar price difference. When the food was delivered there was no itemized receipt. Very shady. Would never order again. Food was mediocre at best.
Great patio. Fun menu and cocktails.
I love this place, it's my home away from home. the atmosphere is very calm cool and collective. drama free is what they call me and that is why I give 5 plus stars to Rod's Place. and may God bless and grant the increase we need more places we can call home. Jessica Batts
We went on a night when they had a live band perform. Our waitress was great but my wife had to send a bad glass of wine back. The food was just so-so but wasn't there for the food. Overall a fun night.
Stuck in Dallas after my connecting flight was cancelled due to heavy rain. Because I took the hotel shuttle, I had to order in. After delivery guy left, I discovered he hadn't left any napkins, which I needed to mop off the excessive mayo (I asked for light mayo ). my club sandwich had unripe tomatoes, flavorless ham; the fries were ok. Without telling my wife how I felt about my sandwich, I asked how hers was. she said it wasn't anything she'd order again; how do you mess up a BLT? Avoid this place.
I am certain that there are so many other great bars out there, but I can’t seem to shake the awesomeness of this place out of my head, great bar food!
