I had a really bad experience with them as soon as I got on the bus #111 I started feeling itchy at first I thought it was mosquitoes. The itch was getting worst and worst until I asked the lady next to me to check my back she and all the passengers where really surprised of how bad my back was. At our first stop I went to the bathroom and found out how bad my legs where as soon as I got to Dallas I went to the hospital to find out all the bites were from bed bug bites I had to miss work because they wouldn’t let me work the way it all looked. This is the absolute worst Grey Hound bus station I have ever been too! Not only is it unsafe to go outside when ur ride comes because of the violence that the police refuse to do anything about, but your workers are so rude & verbally abusive!!! The cop u have inside the bus station is rude & doesn't help but instead does harrass & does nothing about the violence outside of the bus station! Oh and you seriously need to get mental evaluations on ur drivers because last time I took the Dallas Greyhound bus from Dallas to Houston I ended up with this terrible bus driver that literally yelled at me when I never once showed her any form of disrespect. Why have ppl like that working for u?
Muy mal servicio y muy caro el pasaje. Unidades viejisimas que se caén a pedazos literalmente, TV y video de adorno porque no lo encienden, y el chofer no quiere batallar después de hablar dos veces por telefono para preguntar como funciona, la unidad no tiene ni estereo para escuchar mùsica solo se ve el agujero donde un día existio uno. Bueno, ni la calefacción le funciona a esta cafetera... Segùn salía a las 6:00 AM Eran las 8:00 y aun estabamos en la estación de Kathy!!! Bahh ùltima vez que uso esta linea de autobuses. A un lado de esta oficina esan los OMEX que están a mitad del precio que pagué en turimex y están en mucho mejor condición...

The ride was very horrible. The door broke and had to stop like every mile or so. The driver and 2 other passengers had to adjust the door so it wouldn't come open. They really need new and improved buses to travel
I went to drop off my grandma today for her trip to Monterrey and they told us we had to pay $20 for a bag she was taking. I understand sometimes companies have changes but they should state recent changes to customers when they are buying their ticket ... I told them I wanted to speak to the manager and he never opened his door to listen. The baggage guy also said he could either weigh the bag or I could just pay $20. My grandma has been using their services for over 8 years it is not anywhere fair that we were not aware of any changes in this company before the day OF ...for we are already over paying for the bus ticket they are still asking for more money for luggage... Unacceptable ... We will NO longer be using this bus company for travel...
