I would like to go back to this bar but can't deal with things that go on inside the bar. great staff has always been one of the joys of this bar and the music as well is great. but wish they would take care of undesirables that frequent this bar.
I've been going to Christies for ten years now and love it! It's the absolute best place to watch a game, especially when they cover the pool tables so you can crawl right up and have a seat. Very cool neighborhood feel to as well though. The ""Cheers"" of Dallas. Even if it's just you a coup…
I absolutely love this restaurant! Me and a friend rented out the restaurant for a friends birthday party and had a blast! We had a tasting before the party and the food is delicious! We had a buffet, hosted bar and a dance floor! The restaurant is in the Dallas Executive Airport so you are able…

From Business: Authentic, unpretentious contemporary Mexican food filled with the history and soul of the neighborhood.
With lots of great BBQ places in the area I had never tried Pappas. Of course had heard about it and finally got the chance with some office buddies. Cafeteria style ordering, but the line wasn't that long at noon time and the service was quick. They provide a daily special and the normal opt…
Totally enjoyed my visit and plan to make it a weekly ritual. This place rocks and brought back awesome memories from Rosie O'Gradys in P'cola, Florida. Service was good. It was a Thursday night and we never had an empty glass even when it did get crowded. Overall - Two Thumbs Up!!!
Food looked good came out cold,
HOLY COW THIS PLACE WAS GREAT!!!! I think that about says it all...I heard about this place and decided to take a gander to see what the hype was all about. I went there on a Tuesday night, and man, was this place rocking! The night started off on a pretty good note, when I got there I found out…
16. Bar Mexico Lindo
I took my family to try Mexico Lindo and from the youngest to the oldest, they all enjoyed it and loved the food. My dad, from Mexico, was very impressed that they made their own fresh corn tortillas on site. I had the shrimp enchiladas with the green salsa and loved every cheesy, shrimpy and sa…
I had my husbands Birthday Party @ Charlies Bar & Grill. We had such a good time. A live band was provided, and they even was able to do the catering for the party (hot food). They even ran specials for my party. I will definately refer them to anyone wanting to have a party.
Sometimes I will stop at this Chilis and get a quick bite to eat after work and I usually sit in the bar area. Food is always good and fast their. I like the guiltless items and usually have a glass of wine. Very cozy relaxed atmosphere with some familiar faces usually there. Leticia is my f…
What can you say, it's a chili's. But this one, in the Knox-Henderson 'hood, actually manages to have some character. Comfortable, reasonably priced place to grab a bite of tex-mex. Great southwestern egg rolls.
This is no ordinary sports bar & grill. It is rightly named a sports bar and RESTAURANT. Great, satisfying food. It's all you need. It is big enough to avoid any smoke. Go on in, you'll be happily surprised.
They have some great barbeque. You will get your moneys worth. The place looks as if it has been there for a long time I was kind of iffy about going in but I'm glad I did this is my new place to stop when I am craving some good BBQ!
24. The Prophet Bar
I went to see a concert here and it was a great place for a small concert. I would recommend going about an hour early if you want to try to find some where to sit. Also, bring your own toilet paper, by the last hour of the concert the restrooms had ran out. Other than the lack of seating and…

My son and I decided to go to The Angry Dog to have lunch, we were greeted by the hostess she said us down and asked what we would like to to drink. We reviewed the menu and we were ready to Place our order. Two gentlemen came into the restaurant after we did and sat down a few minutes later the waitress walked over and took the order. My son and I were still waiting for our order to be placed. So today we were experienced racism at the Angry Dog needless to say I will never return there again. Signed a paying customer
So glad this place closed. Maybe the people that take over will not be so morally corrupt. Disappointing to say the least.
My sweet friend was cussed out by the bouncer tonight as he put his hand in her face to show his frustration and anger. She pulled out her passport and flipped to the wrong page which set him off enough to drop the F-bomb and proceed to get in her face. Soon after, I went to the bar to ask for the manager and was directed to the front porch to meet him. Instead of the 20-something manager apologizing for his bouncer's rude behavior, he insisted on telling me about the rude patrons his bouncer has to put up with each night, excusing his behavior towards my friend. My boyfriend, his best friend, and my roommate decided tonight that Whippersnappers will not be a place we visit again. Many other bars in Knox-Henderson show their appreciation for our business in a far less confrontational way.
I agree with the person that posted that if your a guy that has any type of dance skills or personable skills the staff will single you and ban you for any reason. The bouncers and staff are pricks and couldn't get a chick if they paid big money. They get jealous if you can dance and get numbers. It's true y'all.
Horrible horrible horrible, HIRE illegal I say that by experience
Loud, odd layout, mediocre food. But the service is outstanding.
WE ARE STILL OPEN!!!! Rockin & Rollin as usual!!!! Come to Reno's Chop Shop Saloon to make some unforgettable memories!!! Not sure why this says we are closed but we are operating 7 days a week
Me and my friends usually come to Aso Rock to eat every few sundays a month and this particular sunday, the heater was not working. When we asked if the heater can be turned on, the waitress mumbled under her breath that the heater was not working. Then we ordered our food and when they did not have what we wanted, we ordered something else to suffice. My friend got his usual meat. (Assorted meat and rice) and I wanted to try the yam porridge. When the food arrived, it looked nothing like I expected but I still tried it nevertheless. It was the worst yam porridge I have ever eaten. The yam was too hard and the meal had damn near a whole bushel of spinach on it. When I let the waitress know that I didn't like it, she rudely asked why. Then told me I could not exchange my meal for something else and then had the cook come talk to me about the issue. After the chef, another waitress came as well and discussed the issue at hand. It seemed like I had to talk to the whole restaurant before having some help with this issue. Honestly, horrible customer service and rude staff. As a regular customer, this is not ok.
Awesome Food...This place keeps getting better by the day.
