Wendy's

Went in with a coupon on my phone and was told that had to be paper, thinking this is the 21st century rright when ordering and 25.00 dollars worth of food to go. A bogo daves single coupon that was my phone and not a piece of paper kill the deal. Manager said had to turn it in or what get on the shame on you list. Really Wendy,s is paying people to count paper coupons and they weither lose a 25.00 plus order cause I didn't have a paper coupon. Bad manager skills no customer service and told manager MC Donald's will take my order which is next door. Left went to MC D"S thanks Wendy's great job Won"t be back!!!!

The time on the receipt is 10:05PM and we were told to pull over to the parking space to wait for the baked potato we ordered. At 10:19pm, someone came out to say that the oven had just blown up and we could not get a potato. She went back inside and came back out finally at 10:25pm with fries. The cheeseburger I had ordered was cold and hard. Rarely do we get the right order at this restaurant if we go at night. Typically people are standing around outside smoking or yelling to each other or hanging out at cars. If there was anything else to choose from, we would never go to this restaurant, especially at night. I just find it hard to believe that a baked potato took that long to cook and even if the oven had just blown up as they claimed, it should have been done already. Horrible restaurant and horrible service.

My family has given this location several opportunities to improve the food quality however we have consistently been served ancient, cold fries that are hard and brownish rust color. The buns on the burgers have been chalky and tasteless....we've made our last trip into this restaurant.
