On January 4th 2017, I placed and order with this Dominoes. The order arrived very late, almost an hour after it had left from the store. I receiver the pizza and paid the delivery guy in cash and gave him a tip. Once I received my pizza I proceeded to the kitchen to fix my children's plate. When I opened the pizza it was luke warm. I immediately called the story back and spoke to the manager. I explained the situation and he told me that since I paid with cash he could either send the driver back out to bring me my cash back or provideven me with a credit. Because I care about others time, I told him to just give me the credit so his driver didn't have to drive back out to my location. He thanked me for that and told me I had a credit on my account. On January 20th 2017 I called to use my credit and I was told I would have to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager who provided the credit. Excuse me? First of all, if you placed a credit on my account or address it should have been notated somewhere so anyone could fulfill my credit. I am very displeased with this Dominos and I spend a great deal of money with them. Then the gentleman that I spoke when on the phone had the nerve to chuckle while I was speaking to him about this situation and their dishonesty. I do not appreciate the miscommunication or the lack thereof with this location. If your tell a customer they will receive a credit it shouldn't have to be on your terms or when you are in the office. I have spent a great deal of money with this Dominos but please believe you will not get another penny from me.
