I bought a used car three years ago. They treated me real good. I love to do business with them again.
They sold us a vehicle that needed a new transmission, coil pack and major tune up. It ran fine for 2 days which leads me to believe that they are resetting the computers so that the vehicles will run good long enough for someone to test drive them, then purchase them. I also could not get a tag for over 2 months, as they never keyed in the info with the state. It took me almost 4 months to get a title, and we only got that after my husband drove 45 mins to confront them in person. They have suddenly up and moved from the Dallas Ga location, and are now out in Bremen Ga on 78 for those trying to track them down. DO NOT do business with these people. I am out of $5,300 because of them. A decent dealer would at least refund the difference in the money that I lost from having to sell the vehicle dirt cheap, because I couldn't afford to get all of that work done. Heck if I could have afford an almost $9,000 vehicle, I would have gone to a major dealership and purchased a cert used vehicle from them.
Rip off - never turned in paperwork to get tag, car basically fell apart a month after we bought it. The mother of an employee took it out "for a few minutes" as soon as we got there....it was 3 hours later when she and several friends returned - smelled of alcohol and the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. Sadly, we bought the vehicle anyway as it appeared to be in good shape. After not being able to obtain the tag (since the never turned in the paperwork) and after the head gasket blew up, we decided to let the vehicle go back - the finance company confirmed that they had several instances where this company never turned in the paperwork for tags. Horrible place and not worth the low down payment.
Purchased a Dodge Caravan from Tim and found out at my first oil change that the engine supports we're broken and had an attempted repair with poor welding along with a cracked transmission that was glued back together with some sort of putty that was leaking. When contacted Tim just laughed and told me tough luck!! I am a handicapped person on a fixed income and now the van is sitting at the dealer with no funds to fix. Thank God my church is stepping up to help me with good people donating to pay for the repairs that Paulding Auto Sales should of fixed. Awful people and crooks and have no conscience with taking advantage of the handicapped.
I purchased a Mercedes CLK 2dr 12/21/12 from Auto World USA and the next day the vehicle started having all kinds of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on the display and the check engine light came on. I called on 12/22/12 or 12/23/12 and was told by the owner to bring it in and they would fix it. My mother and I brought it in on about the 12/26/12 and the owner said they would have to order some parts. He asked did I have a ride so I could leave it here and they would fix it. I told him I had no ride the owner told me he would go ahead and order the parts and to bring it back when I got a ride or he would call when the parts came in. He also asked me to make a payment for them to began repairs the loan payment has to be current. I offered a partial payment because I was scared to give them more money he took the payment but warned me and my mother that the car may be repoed. I brought the car back in on 12/31/12 and left it with the the owner. After my car was there a few days I called to check on the status and spoke with J.C. who said he was the manager and had no knowledge of my car being there or being repaired and that he would have it fixed. I waited a few days and called back an spoke to J.C. the manager only to find the owner was out of town and he knew nothing about my car. I went to the dealerships and spoke to J.C. and him I wanted my money back. J.C. told me he had no authority to give me back my money but he assured me they would order the parts and fix the car. Before I left J.C. asked me for a payment I reluctantly gave it in fear of a repo and the fact he promised to fix the car. After my car being there a few days I received a call from Sherill of Auto World USA about making a payment to avoid being repoed. Inquired about my car being repaired and how can you repo me when you all have the car she put me on hold. After a lengthy hold she came back told me she knew nothing about my car being repaired and to disregard what she said and not to worry about the payment for now. I inquired once again about my car repairs only to find there new manager Joseph and that J.C. and the mechanic had been fired and the car was not fixed it maybe today or tomorrow and Joseph said he knew nothing of my car being fix. I went in to Auto world USA 1/11/13 when I got off work and told Joseph I wanted my money back. He said he didn't have the authority to give me back my money but would have the car fixed today. I told him I didn't trust them any more and don't have time to handle this now because my ride has to go but that I'd be back later with the police and I wanted my car fixed or my money. I came back the same day with a different ride and his wife and asked Joesph for my money since the car was not fixed. He refused so I called the police. My rides wife tried to mediated the situation but after hearing both sides felt it was best I get my money back too. When the police arrived Joesph ran into his office. I spoke with the officers outside they took my report then went and spoke to Joseph. They came out after a several minutes and told me they would have my report ready soon and for me not to come back to Auto World USA or things would be the other way around for me. Now I have been basically issued a verbal criminal trespass notice and they have my money, the car, and I have nothing but a paper contract for my so called purchased car.
