This man is so knowledgeable about RVs. I thought I needed a thermostat for the trailer. He told me how to adjust it, and why it was acting that way - and I will get back to him asap. He should make youtube vids. The store is totally a workshop environment. He's an elder and he guided me to the part I needed in the labyrinth of shelves and rebuilds. If you're an RV enthusiast. he has those hard to identify items. I handed him my phone and he scrolled through the pics I took for identifying the parts needed. He should have a website.
While camping nearby, our landing gear went FUBAR. He came out and helped us lift the trailer back onto our truck, diagnose some other small issues, and stayed for a while to talk and offered a lot of great advice- without being condescending or patronizing. As a woman, I am used to mechanics looking over my shoulder for a husband, and then, not seeing a man, talking down to me or hitting on me. This guy did not do either of those things, and it was greatly appreciated! In addition to that, he was obviously very careful and thorough with his work and displayed an impressive depth of knowledge. I work in hospitality managment myself, and I am tough to please but when I see good customer service I like to tell everyone!
