Located off the beaten path. If you have any problems with cats or the smell of litter boxes, you might want to skip this store. The manager does not clean litter boxes but waits until after 1:00 pm when another worker gets there to do the task.
We went into Barn Yard Farm and Feed Looking for some Chick Starter for a few hatchlings we just got and to our surprise there was a new owner who had the store looking barren, outside of horse feed there is little selection of anything else and no tack to be found. There were 6 cats running over everything insight and the litter boxes smelled as thou they had barely been cleaned. There were even cats climbing the burlap wrapped doors.
I was referred to Barnyard Farm & Feed by an acquaintance who told me they had a new owner. The store was neat and spotless. I met with several friendly kitties who made me welcome. I was greeted by a young man named Devin, who showed me around, and quickly loaded my trailer with fresh Tiffton 44 hay, and several bags of Triple Crown Growth and goat chow. Devin was polite and courtious as he filled my order. I would recommend this store.
