Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sonny's. They don't stand behind their labor and products. They wrote down my full credit card info on a pice of paper because they don't have a card processor. 2 days later my card issuer notified me that my card was compromised. Please go to a reputable retailer. These people have no business being in this business.

Don't buy appliances here. They don't stand behind their products or their installation. I called a dozen times to speak to Sonny, the owner, before writing a negative review, but he refuses to take my calls or make this right. Their repair department, specifically Darryl, took 2 weeks to respond about my broken refrigerator. Each time I called he said, "I have an answer for you somewhere on my desk, but I can't find it." How do they even run a business like this. I prefer to buy local, but I'll NEVER shop there again.
Don't buy any parts from them. They sold me a wrong part went ba to exchange it and they wouldn't exchange or give my money back. I never attempted to install the part just opened the box and compared it to the original. I'll never step in their door again. Worthless way to do business.
Absolutely horrible customer service. No warranty. No return policy. We purchased a new oven and new microwave. We it arrived it was damaged and they would not take it back or even offer any solution. I have filed complaints with the department of consumer affairs. They also have a D- rating with the BBB. Do not buy here!!!!!!
