Seriously lack of any sort of customer service at the branch. I've been sitting in the lobby for almost 26 minutes and no one has greeted me, told me they will be right with me or even acknowledged my existence. Absolutely zero customer service. Earlier when I first arrived I watched Jennifer M. get rude towards a customer when he asked approximately how long it would be before he would get assistance. There is no reason for this type of behavior. I usually bank at the Brooksville branch and the customer service there is much better. This is making me think twice about keeping my personal and business accounts with this company if they allow this sort of behavior from their staff.
