Tried to call and order by phone, someone picked up then hung up. Mind you it was 10:23pm on a Friday night and it clearly say they do not close till 11:00pm. Went to the store at 10:29pm. They had the doors locked with the open sign still on. No one came to the door, they just sat back and looked. All I can say it that they need to honor the time that is posted.
We have ordered lunch several times from Little Caesars here in Dade City and have great service and food every time we order there. I usually speak with James Prisciandaro, he has been very friendly.
placed my order online. Husband went down to get order and they didn't have a record of it being placed. He ordered it a second time. He came home and they had given us the wrong order. I called to let them know and ask for a replacement order which they were willing to give if we drove to the store to get it. We live in a rural area and have to drive into town to get it. I asked if it could be delivered since the store gave us the wrong order. (We are in their delivery zone). The said no because it was a pick up order. I asked to speak with manager. Manager said declined to deliver order. I asked for a refund via check from the store owner. Manager declined stating since it was a cash order they could only refund in cash and I would have to come into town to get it. Why would I drive into town for a refund if I won't drive into town for a replacement order. I asked to speak with store owner. Manager said that owner would tell me the same thing. After a few mins of the same BS he then stated that store owner was out of town and the manager would be the one calling me back. I advised I would be emailing corporate which I already have. Waiting on a response.
