HERO Heating & Air

Motor went out on my unit, my regular Tech person quoted a price that seemed to high and would not get the part to fix my air conditioner until after the long holiday weekend. I called HERO for a 2nd opinion we discussed my problem Friday morning (before the 4th of July holiday) they would check on the part and call back. Two hours later, I received a my call back and a quote that came in considerably less than my original quote. They even offered to pick up the part that afternoon and come by my home as the last stop of the day to install the motor. This company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty for a person in need, who was not a customer, just a cold call looking for an opinion. My air conditioner is running great and I do not have to spend the long holiday weekend with no air and 95 degree days. The reason given for this extra effort, "I think of my family and would not want them left without air over a long very hot holiday weekend". As a point of reference, the part was in Norcross, the last appointment in Suawanee and I live in Jefferson. I highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs. It is so rare to find outstanding customer service today that is is a real treat when you do experience excellent customer service.
