One star is too many!! I took several athletes to this subway location. One of the athletes asked for olives. 5 slices (literally) were placed on her sandwich. My athlete looked at me confused and I told her to ask for a few more. So she did. The employee told her "No. I can't give you more." I said, "Yes, yes you can." She replied, "Well, I will have to charge her for extra olives." Okay. So she proceeded to put a few (like 4) more olive slices on the sandwich. "Oh that's ridiculous. Could she please have more olives?" And again, the employee said. "No. No. I not give more." I asked for the manager as this seemed SO RIDICULOUS. Turns out... SHE WAS THE MANAGER! Is there some sort of olive shortage that I am unaware of? I just could not believe that Betsy (the "Manager") was really not going to give her more olives! So, if you are looking for olives to go on your sandwich... DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION as they will not be able to accommodate you. Seriously?

I have been going to location for 2 years and 99% of the time my order is incorrect. I continue to go because of the breakfast menu the egg white delight and they can't that right.
They can never get an order right and have an attitude about any corrections regardless of how polite you try to be.
Worst McDonald's in the country. They have messed up my order every single visit. I got home last night and my fish sandwich was missing. I call and go back to just get a "sorry". You'd think they'd give me fresh fries...but no. There is rarely a line in the drive-thru. ..for obvious reasons. Avoid this place.
This restaurant hasn't been open , and the food is bad, and service is terrible. My family an I dined there, today. A rude man named Reyes was managing the store , and took our order! He was so rude! I hope they fix the problem soon!

I come here often but through the drive-thru but today decoded to go in waited well over 20 minutes for chicken nuggett. Manager said we are short handed yet they were getting orders out in drive-thru. My opinion do not go in because they really do not care about customer inside as much as drive-thru. Extremely diappointed!

Caitlyn, Lisa and crew ROCK the house, food was great except on my beef brisket they put Jalapenos on the half the sandwich but I like them so no harm no foul. Keep it up and I will be back often.
I stopped today & ordered the Super Crunchy chicken strips and a Rt 44 Dr Pepper. Got my order, the chicken strips were warm, not slightly crunchy. They were warmed up chicken strips. I flagged downed a young man delivering an order at the next vehicle, who first asked "You wanted crunchy" when I pointed out that the menu said super crunchy, he then proceeded to tell me that they came out of the fryer like that. I started to explain that deep fried chicken do not come out with a soft coating, but half-way thru gave up, handed him the box and asked for my money back, After several minutes he came back, handed me my money and asked for my drink, I said I wanted my drink and he said I asked for my money back for the entire order. Started top say something but decided to go down the road to the next Sonic. And there was a phone # to call on the menu boar, of course it was not a working #, too many calls I am sure.! And I did call my best friend, and whomever else I could think of. There are too many Sonics that have pride in there food and service to stop at one like this!
