Terrible service Went there through drive thru and had to wait 40 minutos and realize maybe i need to go inside and ask about our order

Awesome tasting burger only reason for the 3 star is the burger was not done completely. Burgers are huge. A little on the pricey side
Food Poisoning. Came in and sat at the bar. I ordered food to go but decided to take a bite. I didn't even get 30 minutes down the road and had to pull over to leave a not so present surprise at a hotel. I called the manager to let him know of what happens. He responds with a light apology and says he will have a conversation with the staff. Um sir you need to do more than that like I don't know.. investigate the food being used for example. Customers beware. It will be interesting to see the Health department reports. Can you imagine if I ate the whole meal? I would probably be on a hospital bed now. I'm throwing this food out. I'm literally disgusted by money going to waste here and the inadequate response I received. From the quality and lightness of the manager's response, I seriously doubt anything will be done.
Horrible service on multiple visits. Waiters rarely know the menu. Food is decent but rhe horrible service trumps all. enough said.
My husband was asked numerous times about his disability & why he was parked in a handicapped spot,when he has a clearly visible DV plate,was told his vehicle would be towed after he had already shown his plates to non employees(who instigated).I did negate to mention their was another truck parked in a handicapped spot next to his with DV plates but,it was an extended cab 4WD truck more "American".No one in there was in a wheelchair or looked disabled as my husband. 3 gsw's while serving our country & credentials to match,& was still harassed about his disabilities,Im sure the other individual in the handicapped spot next to him wasn't! Is this Wolfies policy to harass every individual who parks in a handicapped spot?He was the only African American in there did that play a role in it?the Manager didnt fully investigate every vehicle in handicap but she came to him w/o going outside to view his plates.Maybe this Wolfies loves their wounded Vets,but they don't if you aren't White?
This was a very 50/50 experience. I went in to the restaurant around 4pm which is an unusual time for a lot of businesses. It appeared the owner was at the register but did not greet me and did not seem at all friendly, I would go so far to say that she looked annoyed to be working (I hope that wasn't the owner)! A young employee took my order and answered my questions. I did have to repeat my order twice as two employees got my plate together. The decor is shabby chic, rustic, western. A lot of lace, chalkboards & picture frames. I loved the decor! I ordered the chicken salad sand which, it came with a side choice (salad) and a cookie. I had the coconut merainge pie and water. My meal was around $13.00 total. The sand which was huge!! Only ate half. The pie tasted a few days old but it was edible. Once the employee sat my food down at the table I was never checked on again. No one asked how my meal tasted or if I needed more water. I literally finished my meal got up and walked out without being spoken to or fairwelled since I placed my order and paid at the counter. I let itdidn't bother me that much because it just seems like that kind of place. If you are wanting good "customer service" this isn't the place for you, but if you want something outside the box and don't mind fending for yourself then you might like this place. I do think they could create a better experience for their customers and have more regular business. I gave it 3 stars because I like little places like this with neat decor and quiet place to sit and eat. If it weren't for that it would have gotten 1 star.
