Focuses on men's hair cuts but have heard that she is amazing with ladies hair as well. One stylist owner/operator shop, Christine, who I think has been there for many years. I have been using Christine for about six months now and just pray she never stops doing what she does. She is young enough and I am old enough that I anticipate her being there for at least my duration. She is the master of men's cuts, young and old, as well as very reasonable pricing. I was just so worn out with the inconsistency and lack of care with the franchise salons, not to mention the prices. I now actually look forward to needing a hair cut. I know I will go from a ragged look to a clean cut sharp look, at least for me. Everything will be even and fresh looking but not the just got a hair cut look.

Came in and asked for an ombre. They totally did it a different way than I asked. Kim is very rude and disrespectful towards her customers. I will never come back here again. I cannot believe how I was treated.
I always come here to have my haircut. Everyone here cuts it exactly how I ask, or, if I don't know what I want, they give me a great style that they think would look good for me.
My sister came to this place on Sunday for a hair cut. She asked for a shoulder length cut but got something completely different, the stylist saw how upset she was and said "she'll fix" her "fix" was to blow dry her hair to charge an additional $10 or so. Horrible place!! She walked out of there crying. So today we got a call from Nina asking us to come back and see what she can do or for a refund. I told Nina nothing could be done bc her hair was way shorter then what she wanted so there was really nothing that could be done to fix it she then said to go in and we'll get a refund. So when I get there she's asking to see my sister hair and started arguing with us about the bad review my sister gave them. I told her the bad review was bc of the bad service and horrible hair cut. We're not the type of people that will write a bad review just because, her hair is ruined. So after getting a horrible haircut SHE asks me to come back for a refund to scream and start arguing with us about the review! This place is so unprofessional and extremely rude. Please do your self a favor and don't waste your time coming here.
HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Worse experience ever and all I wanted was a decent hair cut. They DO NOT know how to cut hair, please do yourself a favor and do not come here!! they will ruined your hair!!! I didn't get the name of the lady that cut my hair but she was Chinese and saw how upset I was with the result... didn't even offer to fix it and just pretended everything was fine. I asked for the length to be alittle below the shoulder, my hair is now above the shoulder and the layers are all uneven. It looks like I tried to cut my own hair. I don't write reviews (even when the service is bad) but this place is just horrible and I would hate for someone to go here for a haircut and get their hair ruined like mine.
I had an appointment today and the beautician said I was told the wrong time that she has 2 appointments ahead of me. My hair is very short it takes approximately 10 minutes to cut. So I am sitting in the parking lot as she talked to a customer for 5 minutes before she left and her 2 appointments have not shown up. Apparently she is the owner since she was not worried about losing a paying customer
advertised $10 a haircut. My husbands "buzzed" hair cannot be 'styled' in any way that you could see. But yet they charged an additional $15 for "styling". Total waste of time and money
Stopped by for a haircut last week. They did a good job on my hair, nice place with friendly people. I like it, will definitely be back
Tyisha (owner) has a ugly attitude .She is always late 30-45 minutes which backs up all her appointments so you end up waiting 1 or2 hrs. more. I will never go back to Ridges! She brings her cute 1 yr old everyday who cries during your entire visit off and on. The salon is ok but they don't know how to deliver good customer service or be professonal. The wait time is so long. Maybe courses in Business Management & Hospitality will help.
