Food Poisoning. Came in and sat at the bar. I ordered food to go but decided to take a bite. I didn't even get 30 minutes down the road and had to pull over to leave a not so present surprise at a hotel. I called the manager to let him know of what happens. He responds with a light apology and says he will have a conversation with the staff. Um sir you need to do more than that like I don't know.. investigate the food being used for example. Customers beware. It will be interesting to see the Health department reports. Can you imagine if I ate the whole meal? I would probably be on a hospital bed now. I'm throwing this food out. I'm literally disgusted by money going to waste here and the inadequate response I received. From the quality and lightness of the manager's response, I seriously doubt anything will be done.
I visit the red robin on Richmond and it is great, the best strawberry lemonade ever and the hamburgers are the best. My favorite is the unlimited steak fries that come with your burger they are sooo good!

The food is super; the service is top notch; and the atmosphere warm and friendly. The price is a bit higher than many eateries in the area, but you pay for what you get--and the dining experience is well worth the extra bucks, in my opinion.
14. Lupe Tortilla
My husband and I went in to celebrate our 17 yr anniv. Alyssa was our waitress and was phenomenal. Very personable, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Since we were celebrating, it was nice to have someone there with a smile and positive attitude. Alyssa is a very positive and perfect pers…
we had heard how great this place was so we tried it on an admittably busy saturday evening. went out to the patio to find a seat. we sat there for a good 15 minutes with not one of the 3-4 different wait staff that passed our table multiple times even saying "be with you in a moment"…
Have eaten there at least four times and have taken carry out also in the short time it has been open! Can't say that I have had any problems with being greeted at the door or being seated promptly and found the staff to be quite friendly. They did have to wait for their license for alcohol bu…
I have been going to this place for over 2 years. Now under new ownership they are going through some growing pains with their customers (no one likes change). Yes, they've changed the decor, more family friendly. Yes, they've cleaned up the joint (thank you for scraping up the dried grease o…

From Business: Our founders had the simple idea to serve delicious chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches and salads in a fun, offbeat atmosphere where you can be yourself. That small idea grew into something much bigger...which is how we ended up here in your neighborhood. Whether you're dining in with the family, driving thru after a hecti…
Would not recommend. Pasta seemed old & was tough. Didn't like bread or dip. The prices were way too high for quality of food. Appears to be a nice place, but fools you.
I dined there for the first time while meeting a client for lunch. The workers at this place definitely need some training on how to treat customers. I had to ask for utensils, my client's entree was cold and the waiter just didn't seem to care. Very poor management.
Took my wife to Merche for Valentine's day dinner. The food was outstanding. The filet mignon was the best we ever had, could cut it with a fork. The service was marginal at its best. The waitress did not check on us the whole meal. Our appetizers were not brought to us until we stopped the manager and asked where our appetizer were. Our entree was brought out to us by the kitchen staff and we had to stop our waitress as she walked by our table and ask where out soup and salad were. She asked if we would like them after our entree, we told her bring them to us now so we do not have to wait for her, she did not get the hint. This was the last time we spoke with our waitress until she brought us our bill. Our desert was brought to us from the kitchen staff and we asked for forks, they were never brought to us, I had to ask an employee who was clearing tables to bring forks and he responded promptly. Merche has great food but we spent $132 for real bad service.
This was a very 50/50 experience. I went in to the restaurant around 4pm which is an unusual time for a lot of businesses. It appeared the owner was at the register but did not greet me and did not seem at all friendly, I would go so far to say that she looked annoyed to be working (I hope that wasn't the owner)! A young employee took my order and answered my questions. I did have to repeat my order twice as two employees got my plate together. The decor is shabby chic, rustic, western. A lot of lace, chalkboards & picture frames. I loved the decor! I ordered the chicken salad sand which, it came with a side choice (salad) and a cookie. I had the coconut merainge pie and water. My meal was around $13.00 total. The sand which was huge!! Only ate half. The pie tasted a few days old but it was edible. Once the employee sat my food down at the table I was never checked on again. No one asked how my meal tasted or if I needed more water. I literally finished my meal got up and walked out without being spoken to or fairwelled since I placed my order and paid at the counter. I let itdidn't bother me that much because it just seems like that kind of place. If you are wanting good "customer service" this isn't the place for you, but if you want something outside the box and don't mind fending for yourself then you might like this place. I do think they could create a better experience for their customers and have more regular business. I gave it 3 stars because I like little places like this with neat decor and quiet place to sit and eat. If it weren't for that it would have gotten 1 star.
