The package says that it was delivered, but the customer did not receive it. She called and they could not help her. I called from Florida, and they hung up on me. She is now flyering her neighborhood to find out if it was delivered to the wrong house, as well as filing a claim. What a sad story as it was a Christmas present for her son.

The worst post office ever! I was waiting on a package from another country that will take around 5 weeks to receive. Once it got here they did not once give me a notice saying it was ready waiting for pick up. Instead they sent it back and now I have to wait another few months to receive this package! By Far the worst experience I have ever had with this Post Office. There needs to be a change of management, these people really need to get fired ASAP! I was highly unsatisfied and I can not choose a new post office either, if I could this one would definitely NOT be on the list. If you wonder where your packages are at in Transit, this place will not help you they will however redirect you the complaint line, which seems to be useless cause no one gets fired.

Carrier service is terrible in Pine Oaks of Cypress Lake West. Wrong mail in my box then just this week mailed my mud payment on the 15th and on the 17th my neighbor dropped off the payment envelope he found in a bush in his yard. Obviously the carrier can not be trusted with even transferring the mail from the box to her truck. Getting pretty bad when you cannot depend on simple mail pickups anymore. Too bad there are not negative ratings to pick. Bob S.

If you can avoid doing business with the Cypress post office, by all means do so. I've never seen such unprofessionalism, neglect and lack of follow through with a post office. The line to the window is at least 30 minutes wait time-everytime. They will close your PO box and give you a renewal notice afterwards. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they will make an excuse for the actions of the employees without taking action to solve the problem. I'm currently on hold with them as I just made a phone call. I've been on hold now almost 10 minutes. Besides this location, where/how else can I file a complaint because no one there seems to be interested in doing what's right.
Oh my god where do I begin. . . my package was delayed and I have no idea why, no one wants to give me reasons. I was suppose to get my package on Monday and here it is Thursday even though I paid for express shipping. The customer service is the worst. Lack of common sense, horrible just horrible. I called their office @ 2813739125 and the lady hung up on me twice. She was very rude and act as if she didn't care. I say fire everyone or send in new management. I don't care what they do but losing packages and delaying them isn't okay. I've developed a strong hate for them and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use USPS at this location.
