Building Rainbows Day School

BR is a wonderful school. I have 2 kids and we have been coming here for 10 plus years. The teachers and stafff are great and very helpful when needed. BR leaves you with a good feeling when you leave your children there in the mornings. There summer program is great and keeps the kids interested. My youngest is in 5th grade now and rides a bus to school but we still go by BR to visit--they are like family.

BR is amazing. My grand daughter goes to the Tomball location. The Director is very professional, easy to talk with and takes her job to heart. The owner Mr Steve is often visible and knows the kids by their names heck he might have had lunch with them that day. The environment is unique it is a preschool with a hometown feel. There are many events planned, the teachers are good, the food is good and I never had a days worry with my grand daughter in their care. One of a kind place you will never be disappointed with the care, staff or love given to your child. Wish there were more stars to rate this gem of a child care center.

We absolutley love Building Rainbows. Our daughter has been going here since she was 15 months old (about a year and a half). The staff is great, everyone from the assistants to the onwer are genuine people who truly care about the kids. Our daughter has learned so much and blossomed since starting here. Take the time to visit the school and speak to Angela or Dawn, you will be impressed!

THIS IS A WONDERFUL SCHOOL!!!! I am trying to keep this review brief but if I were to tell you everything that is great about this school, the review would be way too long. The school is a blessing. I was in tears looking for a new school for my son. Angela and Dawn spoke with me with so much patience. Things at my son's other daycare were deteriorating very quickly. At his previous school, I felt like my child was labeled as a problem child and every day there was a problem. Even though I told them about the problems he was having, the were embracing the idea of him coming to BR. They reminded me that a two year old isn't bad, they haven't been taught. My son was diagnosed with a verbal delay, which explained some of his behavior problems. When I told one of the ladies this, she immediately referred me to the Cy-fair District to get him extra help since we already had him in private speech therapy. My son stared on his 3rd birthday and we have almost been there for one year. All of our friends and family members are amazed at his progress. Amazed is an understatement. With the help of speech therapist and education he has received at BR he is a totally different kid. He's still a boy but he is so much better. The teachers are tenured, the education program is fantastic and creative. They keep the families involved with teach conferences or sunshine calls to give you an update on our child's progress. Finally the classroom sizes are unlike any other school. They are pretty small. I love all the staff and teachers at BR. He is so happy now. This is the best school in this area.. You should join us!

My daughter attended Building Rainbows regularly from the time she was two through her sixth birthday. We could not be more happy with the experience! The staff became like family to us and my daughter was always excited to attend. She made great friends, loved playing outside, doing creative activities, and learned a lot in preparation for Kindergarten. It was so great to be able to trust a day care as much as I would trust members of my own family.



We left only because of a move out of town. My daughter will always cherish her time at Building Rainbows and we are so thankful for what the great people there did for our family.

We have two kids and have been at Building Rainbows for over 10 years and many of the wonderful staff members are still there. The thing I loved about Building Rainbows when I first went there was that it seemed like a combination of an in-home care and daycare center. One of my kids still goes back every Summer, she can't go during the year since they don't have transportation to her school. Both of my kids ask me to take them to visit the staff a couple times throughout the year so that should tell you how much they love it! Building Rainbows is not that close to my house but peace of mind knowing that my children are taken care of is worth the drive.

What can I say..our experience has been very positive. Both of my boys attended Building Rainbows and loved it. They always enjoyed going to school each day and have made so many lasting memories. The teachers and staff are very loving and caring to the children. My school age child now, attended preschool through Building Rainbows and has had a successful year b/c he was prepared for elementary school. I definitely recommend Building Rainbows!

omg this is the best day care it has every thing carnials hoildays and in the summer well i cant say every thing u have to look at the school your self

p.s. they have the best and cutest kids you will just love for your kids to be friends.

i love the building rainbows............ they keep your kids entertaned and happy ! also have many field trips ..(2 a week) they have a special event every friday.... like a carnival.... or a crazy hair day .( only during the summer) the teachers are very nice , and make sure your kids are clean. also every summer the boys get there own field trip to go rock climbing or lazer tag. and the girls get to have theyre nails done and get to go to the tea room.. also they have a time called parents night out where parents can leave theyre kids at the school while you could go to dinner. i am a 12 year old that is wrighting this . i have been coming to building rainbows for almost 4 years. and the only reason i keep coming back is because of how much fun it is......

One of the best things I can say about Building Rainbows is that it has not changed much in all these years. So many faces are still there years later and that says a lot about the kind of school and environment. I just can't tell you how much the people here care about the children. As a parent, that is the MOST important thing, knowing your child is loved and cared for just as you would do if you were home with them. There is a reason so many of us parents are saying that same thing!

My daughter has been going to BR since 2008. She started when she was a year and a half. We absolutely LOVE having her at Building Rainbows. The teachers and staff are very kind and nurturing. I know that they take really good care of my daughter. I feel my daughter is in a safe and positive environment. She's learned so much since she began. They're fun, they have seasonal parties that the kids just love. They do so many activities each week. I LOVE that they do not watch TV (unless it's pajama day!!) My daughter is learning, she's interacting with other kids, she's growing, using her imagination! Another thing I really love is that most ALL of the teachers and staff have been there for years. They're not just bringing in different teachers all the time. My daughter knows all of the teachers because she sees them every day and she has interacted with them at one time or another. She is very comfortable at BR and I know she feels that her school is a home away from home. We love the teachers and the entire staff!! There is no place else I'd rather leave my daughter all day than at Building Rainbows!!!

Although our children no longer attend Building Rainbows, it is the first place I recommend to family and friends who are looking for preschools. You cannot put a price on knowing your child is loved and cared for while you are away at work. They are like family. My children still talk about their years at preschool with the fondest of memories!

My daughter has been attending Building Rainbows for over 2 years. I can honestly say that our experience has been 100% positive. The teachers and administrative staff are amazing... every, single one. It is a great feeling to know my child is truly cared for while my husband and I are at work. My daughter enjoys going to school each day. She is learning so much and I can see that she will be well equipped to start kindergarten. I would definitely recommend Building Rainbows Day School!

We found Building Rainbows when in 2004. This is hands down one of the BEST childcare atmosphere's for anyone who is working. The staff is amazing, caring and loving. They have very little turnover and the children "want" to go to school to play and learn. We have a two children, ages 3 & 8, and we credit a lot of their foundation and characters that they have developed from the love and attention they receive at Building Rainbows. You absolutely won't regret choosing them to care and help educate your children. My husband is in Law Enforcement and I am in Education. We feel truly blessed to have found Building Rainbows and would never leave. They earn in a 10 Star Rating in our book!

Building Rainbows is like family. It is a place of warmth, exceptional staff, and learning. Lessons are engaging and scaffolded to both support and challenge young minds. Our children can't wait to get to school to see their teachers.

My two children attend Building Rainbows and I have been very pleased with the staff and adminstration. I have a school age child now that attended preschool through Building Rainbows and the teachers & assisting staff helped prepare her for elementary school and she has had a successful year. My other child is now in preschool and has learned so much. I highly recommend Building Rainbows for anyones children.
