A-Tri-County Lock

Long story short, my wife locked our 9 month old in our minivan and we'd lost our spare key. The 9 month old is crying hysterically and we call Jay. He DROPPED what he was doing and was on scene and able to open the lock in about 10 minutes.

You cannot possibly find better service than that. You just cannot. He is a lifesaver.

Jay was amazing! We were having trouble keeping our front door shut when it wasn’t locked. He came over right away and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Highly recommended him.

My lock was destroyed without my permission. Someone who was pet sitting locked themselves out of my home and contacted other locksmiths to break in. Those locksmiths refused to assist unless they could communicate with the home owner OR if the owner were present. Not A Tri-County Lock. They broke in without proof of ownership or additional information. This means ANYONE who claims they are pet sitting can break into a home without any question with the help of A Tri-County Lock. I am the home owner and was never contacted by either party. This is unprofessional. Damages to my home could have been avoided if someone would have contacted the owner like other professional locksmiths do prior to break-ins. There was no reason to physically damage my property.

Amazingly fast response time, did a great job....very professional and patient. As a family of 4 with a 3 year-old locked out of our house at 11:00 on a Saturday night, tensions were running a little high. Jay was THE BEST and while we never hope to have to use locksmith services again, if we have to, A-Tri-County-Lock is saved in our phones.

I found this business on a Google search, and I was very happy with the service. Jay scheduled to arrive at my home later in the day. He told me exactly when he'd arrive and, indeed, he was right on time. He immediately presented his business card, and asked me which locks needed re-keying. After showing him, he explained the rekeying process, how long it would take, and the total cost: all of the information presented up front. As he was doing the re-keying, he also scanned around the front and back doors of the house and recommended extra security tips for our new home. He finished his work in ~20 minutes, presented the bill and then receipt, and was on to the next job. Jay (and his assistant) know their job well; they are very professional; they work hard and are punctual. Seemless, no stress experience. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Awesome, fair and fast. Jay replaced all the locks in our home. We have old doors and they werent an easy fix. Half the locks didnt work or the dead bolts wouldn't close all the way. Jay and crew made short work of all our issues. Everything works flawlessly now. Doors close smoothly and all the locks work great and now our keys work all the locks. Very professional and I could tell he genuinely cares about whether or not my homes locks work correctly and that my family is safe. Would recommend them to all. Great company.

Because the service was so good, I called A Tri-County Lock again recently when I moved. Jay re-keyed my door locks, added bolts, and even saved me some money by fixing a door lock that I thought actually needed replaced. They showed up late when we had agreed on a time (showing up when I could not be there), unlocked my car, took the keys, and relocked the vehicle.

The person on the phone was courteous, friendly, professional and east to understand.
The locksmith arrived quickly and on time. Again, the representative was professional, respectful and communicated well.
The person extracted the broken key from the lock, made sure the safe lock was in good working order, and was on his way.
