The Customer Service employees are the worst. They are rude, and not willing to help. Apparently that is too much trouble.I took a video of our conversation.The assistant managers, Stephanie and Kadoo were great, really trying to help.The problem is the delivery company. I'm told "Corporate" doesn't want to change the company. Something must be going on in there!!! They made so many mistakes in my delivery that we finally decided to cancel the order of washer and dryer because they couldn't get it right. They lied about having delivered the dryer. They had the wrong house..Later they said they couldn't find the order for delivery..I'm talking about a purchase of $1600. AGAIN, THE CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND GET A BETTER COMPANY. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY STORE WITH DELIVERY PROBLEMS.

I was there this past Sunday lookung for a light for my front yard, could not find it I did aproach a sale associated by the name Juan Camacho this guy when out of hes way to help me. he did found what I was looking for but niot only that he went toi llok for me and my wife until he found ud and give me the light I was looking for Thank you Juan Machado I hope the will bwe more guy like this in retail.George
