On February 22nd I was well aware about a great service by Representative YOEL. His professionalism is an A plus for the company. Yoel knowledge and expertise made it very easy for an elderly woman like me. He takes his time to go step by steps to show me how to use my new IPhone 7 plus that I purchased today. Every time go in there always 2people help one person and the store be full of people and they just don't care about the customers and they change to this new management and the service have gotten worse ��������thumbs down to the service you get hope this review is helpful to someone that has all morning to spend in T-Mobile
Now MetroPCS, family owned since 1994. Great service and employees have a lot of patience with customers. Great experience!!! Would recommended highly!!
Was standing line for 20 minutes. They have no sign in sheet & no numbers. When it can to my turn, some people who were standing in the store (not in line) just walked up & cut in front of me & claimed to have been there a long time. I said "you weren't in line" to which they responded "we don't have to be in line". The clerk just went ahead & served them with no regard for me being the next person in line.
