Old Cutler Animal Clinic

Had a bad experience 20 years ago but I always forgive and give people another chance. They forgot to charge me money for my services and asked me to come back at 5:00 p.m. I kindly did so. Their thank you for my honesty was charging me $34 to register the chip from my animal and then never registering the animal. 3 weeks later I called home again and they said the chip was never registered I had to pay again and the charge was only $19 So not only did they overcharge me but they had no intention of registering my animal. This clearly shows me that they don't care about Pets AT ALL. I called and asked if I could come get my money back and they ignored me so I disputed it with discover. They decided to further the deception by lying to discover bottom line they never registered my pet but they're going to steal my money for it anyway. I guess if you can't keep customers coming back you might as well steal from them while they're there.

Dont go here if u want nice helpful considerate people. Took my cat for eye removal bit expensive but i figured it shd b good. Everything was fine until my 2nd cat had urinary blockage charged over 1300 dollars. Few days later he was straining licking in pain screaming. Took him 2 make sure he wasnt in danger wherein we discussed urethrostomy surgery would b best for his condition for 1000 including everything. When i get my bill they charged 1143. I went to discuss the additional charge and ended up being screamed at disrespected by their so called office mgr. Who escalated situation. I realized this woman was no help when i asked 4 office mgr she laughed at me saying"i am office mgr now what ru gonna do?" and screaming "iam done with u!" iam not doing anything for you. Talk about losing a customer i had just spent over 3500 between 2 cats!. When i called doctor direct he was no help didnt care n said too bad not changing anything. On top of that they r just as expensive as knowles which is a way better service n hospital

I've been talking my pets to Old Cutler Animal Clinic for over 3 years! I've brought in my pets for a variety of things.. Exams, Vaccines, Bloodwork, Neutering, and Dentals.. Each time Ive gone I've had a pleasant experience. The place is immaculate for an animal clinic.. It's strange that it smells so good. There's always parking available and the waiting room is also very spacious. It's very warm and inviting.



The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The doctors are wonderful also. Dr. Harris has done all the surgeries on my pets and is a very straight forward vet. He doesn't try to up-sell and does whatever is necessary. Dr. Steele is a brain! He goes in great detail and explains the diagnosis and treatment step by step.



For that horrible review.. You probably shouldn't have pets if you can't afford it... I wouldn't go leaving bad reviews based on your financial restraints. Also, dogs get skin allergies from fleas -_- It's called flea dermatitis.. You might want to put that in your search engine and google it.. Before, calling others idiots. If that's isn't the pot calling the kettle black....

Dr. H and his team are the most caring and well trained Vets around. They have been a part of my family for nearly ten (10) years and I would NEVER trust the care of my beloved pet(s) to ANYONE else

I have been going to Old Cutler Animial Clinic for over 14 years. Dr. Harris, Dr. Steel and Hidie, along with their qualified staff are extremely professional, experienced and most of all they take the time to understand your animals needs. They are very accomodating and they insure confidence to you and your animal to be able to trust in their experience whether a simple grooming or an emegency need. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I have been to other clinics and the team at Old Cutler Animal Clinic is the finest in vetenarian care. They are a top notch team. i want to share how caring Dr Harris and his staff are. i have two dogs that need constant attention and i have been so lucky to have Dr Harris, and Dr Steele care for them for many years. I really appreciate that the doctors and staff make sure to call when they have test done to give us the results, and to check on them after their appointments if they were having a problem. The staff is always available to help get me an appointment as soon as possible. i appreciate that the office is always clean and has the necessary supplies i need for the dogs.
