      Beautiful facility but beauty is only skin deep. I have been there four times over the past four years, each time to the ER. The first time I was sent home from the ER even though I told them the issue was not resolved...I had to come back the next day with another ER co-pay. I felt as though they were just pushing me out the door. The next issue arrived a couple of years later when I was once again pushed through the ER and sent home although I told them the issue was not resolved. I had to come back the following day, paying another ER co-pay! Only once out of the four times to the ER did I feel like I was a patient and a "valued customer" of the hospital. The internal practices of the billing department are NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY either, even if you are trying to make payments. We welcome and need the hospital but with the experiences like these...? Try listening to the patients!

      Easy to find

      Yellow pages had the web link for the hospital which allowed me to find the radiology department and it was easy to use!
