*Buyer Beware*. So I I will start by saying the work quality is top notch no issues there. They use what appears to be quality oem parts no issues there. The issue is customer service and business ethics/integrity. Today was the 3rd and last time they have/will burn me. I hit a root in the yard with my push mower over the summer. I took it here with the belief that the blade and clutch needed to be replaced but wasn't sure. I asked for it to get looked at and repaired. I specifically said to call me first if the cost was going to be over $75 so I could make sure it was worth the trouble. The mower was $400 new 15 years ago but it's a back up so I'm not looking for a complete push mower restoration. So today I go pick it up to the tune of $170 or so. Well they did jam up work again but it's not what I asked for again. In addition to the requested work they took the liberty of fixing all the problems with the mower even some that I suspect were complete B.S. So I paid and left. Why argue it hasn't worked the last 2 times. They aren't going to remove the extra stuff and out the old stuff back on. There is a woman who is apparently new working there and she seems to be the only one with manners. I an get over the feel good stuff if they get the rest right. I guess shame on me for giving a local small business a 3rd chance. I suppose in the back of my mind I knew this was coming but hoped for the best. I guess next year I'll be getting some extra exercise.

Stay away from this business. They charged me over 40.00 dollars to change a blade on my edger. A complete rip off. They wanted 80.00 dollars to repair my 90.00 dollar Poulan air blower. They said it needed a new carburetor. Prices are way out of line.

Please be warned. This business ripped me offon service and prices. I took my pressure washer in to Forsyth small engine repair to be serviced and at the time I dropped it off I ask them for an estimate . I was told it would cost approximately 30.00 to clean out and service my carberature, and to replace a bolt holding the pump to the frame. Upon returning three weeks later to pick the washer up I was presented an invoice for $174.00 ..The bolt had not been replaced and when I mentioned this to the employee I was told not to worry that the washer did not need that bolt, the one bolt holding the pump to the frame would hold it. The point is, I could have replaced those pressure washer with a brand new machine for the cost of $ 149.00. I hope some one reads this so they will not get ripped off. KC. C. Cummings, Ga

I am always satisfied if i nee...

I am always satisfied if i need a mower repaired this team is Reliable and Honest. last summer the gas line on my blower got clogged, because they have gotten to know me, they gave me a reasonable deal on the time they spent. Of course, they are busiest during the summer and I am willing to wait my turn to get my repairs done and glad i don't have to haul my mower out of Cumming to get it fixed. When I get it back, it is fixed and runs. That was not my experience at another Small Engine Repair in Cumming.
