They will not maintain the systems they install.

a geothermal System was put in by them the year before I bought the house (previous owner provided paperwork). I had problems w/the breaker blowing and called several times they would not return my call so I had to find someone else. I had an electrician look at the system when the breaker blew several times and we had a burning smell. Discovered they had mixed aluminum and copper wire and it was smoldering inside my unit. Fast forward to this fall and we were still having issues so I found a HVAC that had a geothermal tech come all the way from Winchester. He said there was several issues but a big one was that it should have been wired to two switches at different amps in the panel and it was all tied into one. We are paying big money to get it fixed correctly. Anderson wanted to make the money for a new installation (installed wrong) but then would not maintain it.
