I have used this location on several occasion and most of the time staff is very unfriendly. This time the gentlemen was better that waited on me but unfriendly staff is still there.

I cannot justify higher than 3 stars because they charge a huge card fee and they did come with a hassle; however, they resolved the hassle. It was just not timely. So, I rate them okay and I would consider doing business here again. The down sides: They charge $150 deposit which you may have to stay aggressively on top of in order to get returned within a month. (Their policy says 21 days.) They also charge a huge fee to use a card. (8,9, or 10% -I forget.) They seem to be a bit unorganized since that was the excuse for not returning my deposit within 21 days, or even 30. They also seem to have a hard time returning calls when it was a complaint. (They were on top of it as a potential customer.) I also had a mechanical issue with the van door that caused me to lose a nights sleep. (This could happen anywhere.) The upsides: They did finally return my deposit. They did come pick me up, and I must add the van was really clean. (Once a rental company have left bottles of urine under the seat before so this was a pleasure.) They give you a 24 our number, although I did not use it because the van was in GA when I had issues with the door and I had to resolve it at the start of business the next day. The owner's wife is spot on customer service and treats you with the utmost respect, the owner seems short and impersonal, but he also is mindful apparently. They are the cheapest in town if you receive your deposit back. Simple advise is to use cash to avoid the fee, and start calling on day 21 if you had not received your deposit back.
