AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I purchased my 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport through the Costco auto service at Culver City Toyota. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Culver City Toyota and I am absolutely in love with my new truck! Ramonia, Dexter, and Craig are all top notch and super professional. Everyone made sure I was well taken care of and that I got exactly the truck and accessories I wanted. There’s no other dealership I would want to buy a Toyota from. Thank you so much for all your hard work. You’ve made me a customer for life!
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Before going to the dealership we communicated through emails and they were very forthcoming and providing all the information I needed. When I got to the dealership I went through sales person by the name of Dianna Madera and she was very friendly informative and did not put pressure on us. We bought a RAV4 Hybrid Limited and we are very happy with it. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. Thank you very much! Luis G.

My visit this time was entirely satisfactory. I would like to acknowledge my service advisor Warren Berman for providing outstanding service. I came in to have a ruptured tire replaced. I appreciated that after the initial evaluation... Warren called me to let me know that the proper tire was in stock and to give me a time estimate for completion of service. I also appreciated that he informed me that there is a one year warranty on the tire. Overall Warren was friendly... informative... and gave me confidence that I would get the proper service... done correctly and efficiently. I contrast this with two other tire replacement services by your shop in the past year where none of this was true and I left feeling that your service was incompetent and I had not been treated respectfully. Please reward and retain Warren and find more people like him.

When doing regular 15K service... they found an unexpected problem... which required that they keep the car overnight. The service representative was very polite and clearly explained the issue... and then called me promptly when it was resolved. I was very happy with the service I received.
Miller Toyota's Internet Sales Department defy the car dealership stereotype! If you are looking for a new vehicle and you're discouraged by the negative, cut throat, you-are-my-commission-not-a-human-being attitude you've experienced elsewhere then RUN to Miller Toyota. I got a fantastic deal on a Prius III (lease) and was treated with kindness and respect from start to finish.
Unreal in a positive sense. We were in a hurry when we purchased our Prius so the salesman, Tommy Le, came over the next day to instruct us. Hard to believe, but wait there is more. My wife noticed that an organization tray for the trunk which was in the demo was not in our car. Instead of putting us off or saying no as the sociopaths at Santa Monica Toyota would have done, they ordered it and delivered it to us. That, is service. How ya gonna beat this place???
After lots of research online and multiple visits to various dealerships, I returned to this dealership (and to this department) because they were the most laid back and knowledgeable team I met. DANNY, LEE, GARY, and RAMONA are kind, intelligent sales people. Whether you are still just researching or ready to pull the trigger, go talk to these folks, they are good people who know their product inside and out. Don't let other dealerships intimidate you or take the joy out of this major decision!

Miller Toyota has excellent staffing in their service dept.
The best of the best are Mr. Fernandez, Mr. Barahona for the men and Patty Barrahona for the women. They are efficient, honest, call back when they say they will and don't waste my time. My cars are always ready when they say they will be and the service and repairs are done perfectly.

It was my 1st time there and was NOT happy with the service. They quoted me 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait for a MINOR maintance, which I was already a bit bummed about such a long wait but then again what can you do right? So I said Ok hoping that it will be ready earlier and headed to their DMV like waiting room where I waited 3 1/2 hours!!! That is after I hassled them a couple of times asking about where my car was . The worst part is after I paid, the lady there asked me if I could fill out their survey telling me that anything but Excellent is a failure. I planed on NOT giving them the excellent review but when I got home I noticed that the lady ripped out the survey form! I saw her ripping some part of the page off but I didn't think it was the actual survey form! She must have filled it out as Excellent herself and mailed it out! Isn't that illegal??? I do not recommend this place...I only went there because it was close to my new place but I guess I'm going to have to look for somewhere else now :(

Is there a negative rating, because Miller Toyota deserves it. I had the misfortune of purchasing my 07 Toyota Matrix from Miller Toyota in January. And they literally gave me the wrong car. That's right, the VIN number on all my paperwork was NOT the VIN number on the car I was given the keys to drive off in. A mistake they did not realize until months later when the car was not in inventory. Then they reported that car, which I had been driving, stolen to the police. So I had to haul myself down to the dealership and re-sign all my corrected contract and registration forms. And then get all new accounts with my lean holder and insurance companies. It is now December and they still have not fixed the registration with the DMV. In fact, I received a renewal from the DMV for the VIN! I'm still calling them on a weekly basis to get an update on the registration status. When I was last at the dealership, on a Friday, they were nice enough to offer to wash my car for me...if I came back on Tuesday. But maybe I should have taken them up on that free wash. Who knows what car I would've gotten back!

""I just thought I should share this.........
I took my car into Miller Toyota in Culver City because of some brake problems I was having. They quoted me for new brakes and rotors in the front and new brakes and an axle seal in the rear. The total estimate for the job was $1720.00. I said not to do the work.
The next morning I took the car to Marina Del Rey Toyota. I just dropped the car off and did not tell them anything about my visit to Miller Toyota. They quoted me $598.00 for the same job. They said my rotors where fine and some other part did not need to be changed.
I saved almost $1200 by not taking my car to Miller Toyota. Be careful if you are taking your car there for repairs!!!

Most of us aren't mechanically inclined so you need to trust the guy who's telling you what your car needs and you can't trust these people at all. They told me I needed new brakes but I took it to a local mechanic who just threw some pads on and saved us $700.
Besides over selling services, they overpromise when the car is done and so you end up sitting around this irritating waiting room.
Last, they're very expensive. For non warranty work (i.e., regular service) you should go to a neighborhood mechanic.

I went in for 20,000 miles check on Scion xB (i drive less than 5000 miles a year with 3000 mile gas change, at Lube etc). For the 20,000 mile check up recommended by Scion, they charged me $160 plus recommended doing two ""flush"" services and I don't know what -- ended up with close to $400 bill, even with the discount ticket I got from them in Direct Mail. They actually wanted to change my brakes as well but there's nothing wrong with my brakes. I declined - it would've been another 3-500 bucks.
Also from the time I paid everything at the cashier (after they told me the car was ready) to me getting the car while waiting at their cheap and unfriendly ""Vip"" lobby was close to an hour. I mean I had to go back to people 3 times to say ""where is my car?"" The car was also still dirty and smelt like oil for two more days of driving. Sales experience was decent -- but, man, stay away from their service department. My other car, which is a mini, had 15,000 mile check up a couple months ago at Southbay BMW -- their service was 100 times better and it cost me nothing -- even with more necessary changes. Never again. Beware.
