Great moving company

My husband was in a Assisted Living facility and they said they could no longer provide enough care for him. I had 4 days to find a new place and move his things out. I called Armor Moving and they were fabulous. The owner said he would send someone out as soon as I needed them. Two people showed up, on time, moved everything in record time, headed immediately over to the new facility and emptied their truck. I was so impressed by their helpfulness, speed and efficiency. Would hire them again in a second.

Threatened my pregnant wife!!!

I would put no stars if I could. We had a slight delay in the time we were to have our item moved. My pregnant wife called within a reasonable time frame to reschedule. For whatever reason the guy Mike Snell who owns or supervises the company uses his personal cell phone for the business line. She called a little after closing hours and he freaked out on her, using profanity and threatening her. I can't say anything about their ability to move and store, but based on their disgusting customer service I will never do business with them. We have already filed a formal complaint against them with the BBB as well. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

Top notch quality

A cut above the rest, quote was right on the money. I moved from Marina Del Rey to Culver City and they were up front about all cost and what the job entailed. Super professional, took extra care of the sensitive products like the flat screens, glass works, and paintings. Helped package and disassemble what needed, plus reassembled once at the new site. Workers went straight to the job, no messing around not even a hint of being careless. took care of the wood flooring and carpets while moving in and out as to not scratch or tear. If I had any questions Eric and Mike (owners son and owner) never hesitated to answer. Def. would recommend them, never thought moving could be so easy, and it was all made possible by Armor Moving.

Efficient, Courteous and Accommodating

We used Armor Moving for a small office to office/home move and we've done nothing but rave about them. The guys that helped us worked very quickly and efficiently and did everything exactly how we requested. And when what we wanted didn't work in the home office they stayed and helped move it around until we were happy. We have a big office move coming up at the end of the year and we will definitely be giving them another call. Thanks so much!!!

Great service and quality of work

I used Armor Moving when I moved from San Diego to Culver City. The two workers that moved me were complete gentlemen and worked hard and efficiently through out the entire day. They helped disassemble my bed and furniture that needed to be and then reassembled it for me at my new place. Eric (the owners son) even took the extra time to hang and connect my flat screen tv for me! I have recommended them countless times, and will use them for any of my moving needs. Thanks Armor Moving!

wished i had done my homework

they damaged my bedroom furniture; went through all boxes i packed and repacked them looking for anything they could steal; moved towel from hamper to a box with kitchen utensils and poured bleach all over my towel; emptied a bottle of dishwashing liquid in another box causing it to soak through box onto my brand new carpet; stole jewelry; one of my worst nightmares ever.

i'm still negotiating my bill now with their attorneys..they've come back and are stealing my plants and ceramic pots now. they are insanely disreputable. there should be a class action suit against them.

beware: do your homework, get referrals.

Excellent Service from a family owned company

My family and I moved on Feb. 10th and were greeted by a great crew of 3 guys including the owners son Eric. They treated us like there own family and when we asked them to do extra stuff above and beyond the move they did not have a problem with it. The move was a fairly long move (3br house) but the men worked hard all day long. We would definetly recommend Armor Moving to our friends and family. Thank you very much Mike for sending us a great crew.

Worst Ageny of National Van Line

I recently used National Van Lines and their agent Armor Moving in Culver City for a local ?full service? move. We hired them to pack up our stuff and move it as we are disabled and can no longer pack and move a 4 br home on our own.
The men they sent looked as if they had recently been released from prison and had the tattoos to show for it. They were clueless. They continuously smoked in the front of the house after we explained to them that my mother in law has oxygen in her room! These idiots packed my hammer and other tools with expensive packing paper and my expensive computers and peripherals with pillows or nothing at all! They even put paper around the towels they packed! They wrapped my expensive leather couches in shrink wrap without any furniture pads and damaged them! They left all the boxes downstairs ? even though they marked them with what room they were supposed to go in themselves!!!!
The worst thing of all is when we unpacked the boxes we found out that they ?packed? my wife?s wedding ring box inside another box full of miscellaneous items and STOLE HER WEDDING RINGS!!!! In total these losers took 3 days at 1000.00 / day to pack and move a 1500 sq. ft. house! When we saw how carelessly they were handling our belongings we insisted on purchasing their ?full replacement value insurance? and were then told, when they had our stuff inside their truck, that they would only accept CASH when it says on their website that they accept credit cards as payment!
When we complained to the owner, Maureen Beal, about the lack of service we received and the theft of my wife?s rings she did NOTHING to help us make a claim against the insurance for the full replacement value of the rings!
Don't let this happen to you and your belongings.
I read her story and believed that her company was different! Don?t believe it for a minute! She is out to rip you off and leave you out to twist.

Turned my belongings and house into a disaster area, Blog Video to be posted soon on YOUTUBE

A picture is worth a thousand words, so what's a video of destruction worth. In my opinion, this is a business of hostage and extortion.
