Customer service in this store is at a low of one Star. Attitude of the workers is at a all time High of RUDE. Just because it's Starbucks does not mean it's ran correctly. This location is where the simple minded cashier has a attitude with the customer (me) telling me "You don't understand just because you placed your order and had to wait 10 minutes at the end of the counter without receiving it is not our fault. (With ATTITUDE) Some people come in here ordering 5 drinks and more and that is why you are waiting. If I believe her then the fault of my order is because of other customers. WRONG little girl who is not so bright. My order was a everything bagel lightly toasted and 5 butter packs. My order had nothing to do with the process of drinks being made. A million drinks could be ordered and it should not effect my order I paid for 10 minutes before. Only the oven could process my order. I watched 20 plus orders come from the oven. None were mine. I went back to line to complain. The person at the oven wanted to know what I ordered. Now I am getting mad and said just give me my money back. The cashier seamed to have a problem with that. Now my order appears. Mike your bagel is ready. BURNT to a crisp. On the sack it said Lightly Toasted. I guess the smart people working here can not read. PS to the cashier talking down to me telling me I do not know how it works. I have two E.E. Degree's. One from Duke and one from M.I.T. My IQ is above 160. Tell me again how I am not smart enough to understand how it works.
