        get internet service elsewhere

        Service level from VaBB has never been great but was mostly acceptable until a month ago in late July 2016. At that time their equipment serving Whitestone VA took a lightning hit - or so they said . A month later the service is still not properly restored. It goes out erratically for minutes or even hours at a time making the service practically useless. There has been no effort by VaBB to provide any information nor to contact me in any way. I am looking for a replacement service at this time. I have not used my real name because VaBB has been known to retaliate against customers who criticize them or complain about service. If you are currently thinking of getting VaBB internet service my advice is to think again.
