        Our family has counted on their family for 30 years for our repair needs. Who gives customers a ride home when their repair is going to be a few hours? They do! The do high quality work that they stand by. No business is successful in the same small town for 30 years without putting their reputation behind their work...and they have done so. Top marks across the board.

        Fantastic first experience! I was heading back to my office in Ashburn when my car broke down in Culpeper. They dispatched a tow truck quickly and the driver was very conscientious and considerate. Once we got the car to Gilmore's - - and even though the shop was already very busy - - they were able to work on it and fix the problem in a remarkably short time. And their fees were so reasonable...it really was a pleasant surprise. Every employee I met there was friendly, professional and sincere, and they explained everything clearly. This is an honest and skilled shop, and I can highly recommend them!

        Gilmore's did a great job repairing my vehicle. There prices were well below several other local shops that I received quotes from, but there quality and customer service were top notch! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop.

        avoid this place at all cost, they will rob you blind. They do not mention the storage rate once your car has been towed and stored for a few days. Then you call them and you find out, by then your cost are several hundred higher.
