Bad customer service. Ordered cedar and was promised it 2 weeks later. After countless phone calls and the run around we finally got the wood after 6 weeks. The product we received was not as we ordered! We didn't receive kiln dried cedar. Their solution was not a fair one to this problem. Won't ever deal with them again. Very unsatisfied.

This place is truly the best place to visit within a 200 mile radius. If you are looking for unique building pieces this is the place. Plan on spending hours and hours here. Not only will you find unique building materials the staff is Amazing and so helpful. The owner loves what he does and shows it through his customer service. This deserves 10 stars not just 5. Please don't miss this if you are in Cullman.
