Save your time, patience, and money and don't waste any of it there. My husband and I lived here and we were miserable! They do not fix anything! They would never spray for bugs even upon request! Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors, we had problems constantly with heating/ac going out. At least 2-3 times a month. The landlord is decent, but for what the place is, it's not worth living here. There's a significant temperature difference from downstairs to upstairs. So your electric bill is always sky high from the terrible insulation. The website they have is very misleading. We imagined this beautiful townhouse apartment but instead we got this run down poorly insulated, windows had finger-width gaps between the panes, so bugs were always getting inside. We complained about it but it never was fixed. Please folks, save your money and time.
