Long story short, these individuals have a terrible business practice that almost cost my friends and my life. They put on and replaced one tire and it was way too large. on a older vehicle with shocks that were not that great. The result was the tire popped, and we were lucky the air did not deflate instantly or traveling on the interstate like we were could have rolled the vehicle. We found all this out of course after the incident occurred, they refuse to give any money back for my tow and tire I had to buy in order to get back home 200 odd some miles away.
Once I purchased and had Walmart replace the correct tire size on the vehicle, the steering wheel no longer shook and the back of the car was quiet like normal. This will of course result in other potentially minor problems with the vehicle. Bottom line, don't go to this establishment, it could cost you more than just money....
had tired i bought from a friend. brand new tires for front of my car took it up there they done a switch a roo then gave me 2 crappy tires i wouldnt refer my worst enemy to go to debs tire in cullman. DO NOT GO BUY TIRES FROM THESE PEOPLE U WONT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH
I've read the previous reviews about this place and I have to say that this is the best place i've ever bought used tires from . . . EVER. They were pleasant, quick AND had the best prices I've came across since the 80's. Actually, it was almost the same prices since then too and the tires were of near new quality to go with the most friendly service i've had in a long time. I'll be back when I can take my small paychecks there and buy a couple more... looking forward to more service like what i got while i was there! To put it in a different prespective, I purchased those two tires for my daughter who is now driving around with my newly born granddaughter and I trust these people and you should too!!
Had a set of four tires installed Saturday, July 30, 2011 around noon. Went directly back home and then had plans for Saturday night. Went out at 6 p.m. and the left rear was completely flat on the rim, both right front and back were down to 20 lbs of air. Only the left front was held up. Asked for a matched set of tires (all four being exactly the same model) and was told no problem and also specified to ensure no defects. Well, back tires are not the same as front which I did not inspect upon leaving. After having to air up the back right rear tire I notice a huge tear in the side wall which could blow out at any minute. Tried to call but after hours mailbox was full. Will be back there Monday morning demanding tires be corrected and the set be matched as specified. The one that went flat will be replaced because it obviously sat on the car for over 24 hours before I had anyone to help me get fix a flat and air up. So sidewall surely is destroyed by now. First time ever using this establishment and probably the last. I have always used College Tire in Hanceville, AL and they are about $100 more for the set but have never had any issues such as this using them in 20 years.
You always hear the bad stories of an establishment, and for every 1 bad, there are countless good that noone talks about. I went in 1 night & happen to catch someone there, as they were CLOSED. I explained that I was broken down with a flat. This guy promptly and professionally assisted me as if I'd been the only customer of the day! Better yet, he gave me a heck of a deal!!! When I went to tip him, he refused and said "No! My wife and I own this, I wont take your money"! This was 7:30 pm on a Friday night! Who else would do that??? NOONE!! Kudos to Debs tires for putting me back on the road and inspiring me to not only share this story, but to create this account so that I could!!! Thanks guys!
