Do not purchase anything from this place unless you want to give them free money for a vehicle that breaks down, motor blows and rod is slung before you even get home. I went back to him in less then 24hours, hoping they would be good people and either fix the vehicle or refund me my money, even with me being disappointed I still was polite as could be. I was told THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. Buyers beware!!! I also still dont have my title.
My Grandson took the car we gave in for rack and pinion and ball joints repair and we agreed to pay for it.Each job supposed to take 4 hours each according to universal mechanics repair manual. The owner said to me the job would be completed within 2 days. 7 days later he had not even started on it, when told the car was needed for my Grandson to drive to and from work he said "Not my problem" . Got a call car was ready on 8th day. He charged for 10 hours work instead of the eight. In my opinion if you can't trust a person word there is a problem.
I really appreciate how this cici's pizza went out of there way to cook some chicken for my grandson when we asked if they could. And they cooked us a special pizza from chicago I like, chicken, bacon Alfredo. Also a supreme pizza, I call garbage pizza for my husband. The rest of the food was excellent, a nice price too. Couldn't ask for better, nice people that work here. Thank you for going beyond for our family.
He was vile and nasty, very rude ... he was mean to my 5 yr old girl for petting his sweet, nasty little dog that came up to her chair in what was the filthiest office I've ever seen and smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Then two weeks later after that crazy bill that went up by 113$ more than what he told me..... My car broke again.... The mechanic said the part he used was junkyard parts! I'm so disgusted. I paid 2X. Never again.
This is a great car lot. I had a wonderful experience with them this month. Michael was my sales man and he was absolutely wonderful. I'm happy I found them. Good job Joe's, you have a customer for life!!
My car was running hot one day I took it to united auto repair and after a couple of days they found a busted line so they replaced it as I was driving home that same day my car was running hot again, but being it was after hours I couldn't take it back and they were closed on the weekend so I couldn't drive my car for the entire weekend, I took it back there on Monday and told them my car was running hot the same day it was repaired on the way home, so they found another leak in another pipe and they replaced that. A day or two after that I was driving home from work and my car started running hot for the third time so I left my car there over night and called them and told them to tear the car apart to find the problem and they found it was a blown head gasket. Now it's going to be over two weeks and I still don't have a car to drive I am never going back to this place again and I encourage you not to either
These are by far the nicest, most professional and honest people I've ever dealt with. They are not only a great mechanic shop but they are a full service gas station.... you don't find these much anymore. You won't go wrong stopping in to see them.
I brought my truck up there to have a coolant leak checked. The guy straight up LIED to me and said the head gasket was blown, which it most definitely was NOT. He wanted to convince us of that and even tried to BUY the truck from me. I declined and tooK my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion...the problem was EXACTLY what I thought it was: the water pump. This guy from Graves was blatantly lying to try and swindle my vehicle from me because he KNEW it was a good vehicle and lied to try and convince otherwise. Very shady place. Do NOT take your vehicle there. Those guys are scam artists!
The only reason I'm giving this business one star is because "zero" was not an option. Be careful when dealing with these people. Their contracts and their practices are very shady and unethical. If you're just a few days late with payment, they will repossess your car and you'll have to pay the full balance, plus fees they tack on (read the fine print), to get back your car. I would highly recommend not doing business with these people. My friend purchased a car from them earlier in the summer. She's a single mother with five children, and a really good person. They supposedly gave her flexible payment options; either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. She was just a few days late a couple of times, but she was making her payments. On a recent Sunday night, a "repo-guy" (whom her neighbor reported as being dressed in a jacket and wearing a ski-mask), repossed her car. The "Repo-Guy" left out racing the engine and hot-rodding the car down the street. She went to their office the next day to make a payment (which she was going to do, anyway). She explained to them she had cancer and the payment had slipped her mind with the emotional turmoil and doctor visits going on. They said they didn't care, and they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and they even engaged in personal, verbal attacks on both her and her mother. Calling them names like "the devil," and being very sarcastic. To get back her car, they made her pay the full outstanding balance, or else they would sell it within ten days. When we went to pick up the car, they were very unprofessional, irate, and not pleased with the fact that my friend's Mother was videoing the process (video coming soon). I'm a business person myself, and I'd never mistreat or disrespect any of my customers they way they did. They pretended to "pray" for my friend when she first purchased the car, but the people of this business exhibited combative and egregious behavior that is far from Christian-like. They were so belligerent, combative, and disrespectful that we called the Police to be on standby while we finished getting her car. We will be consulting with an attorney and exposing these people in all possible venues. Buyer beware!
Beware when you buy from these people. They imply that your car has been "checked out' but of course sell with "no warranty". I bought a vehicle that within a week and with less than 100 miles, had troubles that required a visit to the mechanic. Cracked heads, burned valves (among other things) cost $1600 after two weeks in the shop. I approached the owner, Harry Bivens about perhaps splitting this cost or at least putting something toward the repair, since it was obviously present at the time of the sale. No dice, wouldn't even consider it. SO, before you buy anything from them, make sure you have it thoroughly checked by an independent mechanic. I suggest you move on down the road. There are plenty of used car dealers in Cullman. I can't imagine all of them would have this attitude.
