I wish I could give negative stars. I have had nothing but problems since I bought my car here. They had me pay for, "Total detailing 4x's a year, the car will look like new!" I paid for this service and find out that nope, it is a vacuum and if you want total detailing it is $40 extra. Why would I buy a package that cost a fortune to just vacuum the car??!!!
They have my dad's phone number and kept harrassing him leaving messages saying that ,"Per your request, I have info on the nissan you want." My dad has been in poor health and I asked them to quit bothering him over and over, even left a VMM for the owner. When the next person called, I answered and it took a threat (promise) of legal action to get them to stop harrassing us. They like to leave me messages with appointment dates/times that I didn't schedule. They are the worse car dealership I have EVER dealt with and that is saying a lot!
They are the perfect dealership that certainly is the image of the the used car sales man.
They gave me a courtesy car that was already damaged and charged me for the damage saying they showed me all around the car prior to me taking it. THAT I FALSE!!!
They had a porter say he looked at the car and there wasn't any damage. THERE WAS and I was charged for it. Never trust a car salesman especially them!!!!!
Do not go here. Do NOT deal with TOM! Husband received a phone quote of 15,700 on a car from Tom, a sales manager. The next day we went in and took a test drive with a salesman named Rocky who was nice and polite and informative. He quoted a much higher price and we told him so. He went to get Tom who quoted a slightly lower price and told us it was his BEST PRICE. We told him we talked to him on the phone the prior day and he quoted us the 15.7K figure. He then said he could, in fact, meet the 15.7k price. I asked him how he could NOW meet that price when a minute before, his best price was quite higher(16,300). GET THIS: Tom then replied, "Well now the price goes up from 15.7K to 16K even!" As if he was punishing us!!!! My husband and I looked at each other, got up and left the dealership. Tom jumped up and held open the door as if to say, Good Riddance! Of all the unmitigated gall! In this bad economy he treats customers this way? BTW I had CASH for the car in my purse! The owner should be aware of Tom's unprofessional manner. I live in the area and work in a high profile business in Crystal Lake and believe me, there will be NO ONE that I will not share this experience with!
I have been purchasing cars from dealerships from a variety of dealers for forty years and just want to say that my experience at M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL was the most fulfilling all around.
Sam, Mir, John, Betty Lu and Yaseen made my transaction by far the simplest, honest, no pain experience in buying our 2012 Rogue.
We highly recommend them to everyone for their future purchases.

We purchased our third Nissan today from M'Lady. We have always been satisfied with the service as well as the courtesy. We believe we got a great deal on the car we wanted. Betty Jo was very capable and kind and caring and made the car-buying process less tense. We would recommend M'Lady to anyone else.
I love M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL! ive always wanted to buy a nissan.I was greeted by Mike. I am a college student with no credit. he was able to set me up with a college graduate program and I wa.s approved for a brand new car! yay! He was very nice and l explained all the different choices I had. And was awesome and helping me pick the perfect vehicle for me. Then i met with Betty Jo I was completely impressed with Nissan's service. Betty Jo was the best. She was very knowledgeable and honest and caring for my situation. I truly felt like real concern for me from her. Tom in financial was also very nice. The service at M'Lady Nissan is exceptional. I really appreciate how M'Lady treats their customers. I will do all my Business with them for every vehicle I purchase! I will tell all my friends and family and will be like a walking free advertisement from now on!!!! M'Lady was the first dealer to have just the car I wanted. The salesman Robert went to extra effort to check that the car had the features I wanted before I drove 37 miles to get there. Once I sat down to buy, I found that the initial email I got misled me about the price because it compared two prices but one did not have the $760 destination fee! Then they removed a $1500 college grad discount. Still my insurance company's car-buying service, which directed me to M'Lady, told me later that the final savings was more than customers usually see. Most of the time the dealer was not making the price components clear; later I spent a LOT of time on a spreadsheet trying to reconcile all the different pricing calculations. I also found an error in the tax calculation, whereby I paid tax on something that was already taxed. And then I found trash stuffed in the rear armrest. I wrote up these issues and others and reported it to the dealer, but I was able to get no price adjustment from Mir, just an unwritten promise of free cleaning. I thought that was unfair. Otherwise, Betty Jo and Bryan were helpful and got me the extra coverage I wanted at a fair price. Overall, I'd say go to M'Lady for price, but hold their feet to the fire on EVERYTHING that gets added up in the price. Bring your own calculator.
I think they are pretty shady there. We went in one day to look at the cars. They told me we could get 0% interest for 60 months plus a $750 off incentive. We went back a couple of days later and they said it's .9% but with no incentive. We didn't have the original paper to prove what they said so they just apologized if they misspoke the other night. I just felt like they lied to get us to come back. Also, all the sales people were unprofessional. They were screaming across the show room to one another and all gathered around the TV to watch the World Series. I only bought the car from there because they were so cheap. Otherwise I would have just left and gone to a different Nissan dealership. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them.
