I have frequented this drive in many times but no more. Half of the time they get the order wrong and it's clear that they don't care. But the straw that broke camels back is the rudeness of the staff. I'll never go back again.
I go to the specific location about three times a month and every single time the drive thru has the worst customer service during night shift! They are so rude its unbelievable! I honestly dont see how mgnt hasnt done anything!!! One night a hispanic lady litterally starting arguing then cussing threw the speaker so i just left!i thought id give it one more shot until tonight... just because you work at jack n the box you should still treat your customers with respect!!!!!!
I live right down the road from this taco bell. I've given them chance after chance but after tonight, I'm done with them. I've always had problems with them before, EVERY time i ordered the meal that COMES with supreme tacos, i check them and none of them are supreme, they've gotten my orders wrong I'd say 90% of the time i've gone there, and that's being generous. Tonight the potatos in mine and my brothers burritos were hard as rocks and obviously old. EVERY burrito that was supposed to have sour cream, (and one i specifically asked for sour cream on) had the smallest amount of sour cream on it possible, as if they tried to see who could put the least on a burrito. And of course, like most Taco Bell's i've been to in my life, for some ignorant reason, just put it on one end of the burrito and the very bottom. Do they not realize putting it there won't cover the entire thing? Do they just not care? Or is everyone who works at this Taco Bell a complete mentally ignorant moron. Being a newer franchise I'd expect better service, but it is God awful. I will never be going to this store again, and may God have mercy on their souls.
We ordered a footlong chili cheese dog & a toaster cheeseburger,but we got chili cheese tots and a smashed hickory burger with a side of old and cold tots.
Don't go to the McDonalds in Crowley!!! I must be stupid ! I ordered a cheeseburger with everthing on it with mustard. The boy at the drive thru told me $1.18. I said are you sure. He said yes. I thought maybe the cheeseburger was on sale. When I got home I had the burger that goes in a kids meal. Naturally being upset I call McDonalds and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to someone named Britnany. She said that she was one of the managers. I told her what happened and she told me that I got what I ordered. I thought that when I ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it with mustard that I was getting a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. So ............ I will go to Whataburger where when I order a cheeseburger with everything on it I will get what I ordered.
WHEN THEY TELL YOU TO DRIVE AROUND FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND THEY WILL BRING IT OUT, THEY WON'T BRING IT OUT AND WHEN YOU COME IN THE BOY SAYS I THOUGHT YOU WOULD COME IN . AND LAUGH
This Taco Bell was HORRIBLE. I waited in the drive through for ten minutes (at the ordering board), and was never helped. I eventually pulled forward to the window where someone finally noticed me and came to help me. She took my order, and she had a rude attitude that made me just want to leave. Once I had paid for my food, she tossed my change at me which then fell to the ground outside my car. Upon getting my drink, I realized that it wasn't what I had ordered, so I asked her to fix it which she did, but not before telling me she "wasn't allowed" to give me the drink I had originally asked for, which is called a Ninja Turtle because she said they couldn't mix drinks. It's only a mix of Baja Blast and Moutain Dew, so i don't really understand the big deal, especially when Taco Bells up North do it. I was just completely dissapointed with this trip to Taco Bell, and I will never take my business there again.
