Dr. Bahman B Sabbaghian, MD

Dr Ben Sabbaghian is my HERO.. He performed emergency surgery on me at 11:00pm. I heard he had much to be desired in the "bedside mannor" department, but he was nothing but kind to me.
He checked in on me almost daily during my 12 day stay at Acadia Medical Center (Eunice, LA).
He was wonderful to me and as a nurse & patient I would highly recommend him to my friends & family.

Dr. Ben is one awesome surgeon!!! Without question,.I know he saved my life in Dec.. 2010 due to a bowel obstruction.He had to give me an eilostomy, but reasured me of a reversal as soon as possible. Well here it is, June 2010 , just had it feel great and he was a very attentive surgeon. Dr. Ben's bed side manner is not bad he is just quiet, and always very busy. Thanks to Dr. Ben and God I am healing real good. I would recommend him to anyone . He is awesome.

I was very sick and on the verge of dying 3 weeks ago and didn't even know it. I got hospitalized and had surgery with Dr.Ben Sabbaghian. He performed a new procedure on me called the Seals port. I ended up having a ruptured appendix and a non-functioning gallbladder. Dr. Sabbaghian removed my ruptured appendix, along with all of the pus and infection in my abdominal cavity, as well as my gallbladder through a tiny incision made in my belly button. I had very little if any pain at all after the surgery. My total recovery time was 2 weeks and I was back doing everything that I had done prior to my surgery. I really want to thank Dr.Sabbaghian, as well as the staff of the jennings Hospital for the wonderful care I received, during a unfortunate time. If I had to go through anything like this again, I would not hesitate to go see Dr. Sabbaghian again.
